    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a vapor deposition source capable of rapidly and uniformly heating an organic compound even in the case of an organic compound inferior in thermal conductivity, capable of stably depositing thin film on the surface of an article, and causing no scattering of the organic compound during working and transportation. SOLUTION: A liquid organic compound is mixed with thermally conductive powder, and the liquid organic compound is solidified so as to be formed into a solid compound, which is used as the vapor deposition source.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery, which can lower or prevent the generation of bursting and firing of the battery, even in the case where a physical impact is applied to a battery can in charging condition. SOLUTION: A nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery has a wound electrode body, which is formed by winding a positive electrode sheet containing the positive electrode active material and a negative electrode sheet containing the negative electrode active material opposite to each other through a separator and of which peripheral part is formed, so that an exposed metal 3 having an equal electrical potential with the positive electrode and an exposed metal having an equal electrical potential with the negative electrode are arranged opposite to each other over a length of one circumference or more and that the inner surface of a battery can as a negative electrode and at least one part of the exposed metal part having the equal electrical potential with the positive electrode are arranged opposite to each other. In this nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery, a negative electrode lead 4 is provided in a range within 30 mm inside from a tip of the exposed metal 2 having the equal electrical potential with the negative electrode.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode superior in handling property and having high capacity, high output characteristic, good cycle characteristic, and high safety by integrally forming an electrically insulating fine porous film, having specific strength and elastic modulus on an electrode substrate by the wet coagulation method. SOLUTION: A fine porous film made mainly of a thermoplastic resin is integrally provided on an electrode substrate provided with an active material made of a lithium composite oxide or a carbon material on a conductive material via a binder. A fluorine-containing polymer containing α-polyvinylidene fluoride 40 wt.% or above and/or a sulfur-containing polymer is preferably used for this thermoplastic resin. The fine porous film is made of a wet coagulation paint film with the thickness of about 200 μm or below, having a strength of 0.1-10 MPa, preferably 0.5-2 MPa, an elastic modulus of 10-200 MPa, preferably 10-100 MPa, the median diameter of the fine bore diameter of 40-1500 mm, and the porosity of 40-90%, preferably 65-90%.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To manufacture a resin molded body of superior surface accuracy, release properties and resistance to heat by setting the glass transition temperature of the resin molded body at 160 deg.C or higher and making the water content in an injection composition 1000ppm or under in the manufacturing method of the molded body by the cell casting method. CONSTITUTION:In the manufacture of a resin molded body by the call casting method, the glass transition temperature of the resin molded body is set at 160 deg.C or higher and the water content in a composition to be injected is 1000ppm or less. In the case the glass transition temperature is lower than 160 deg.C, resistance to heat is insufficient and the resin molded body is likely to be deformed and it is difficult to use for the purposes where high resistance to heat is required. Also, in the case unreacted monomers or the like remain in the resin molded body, resistance to heat is likely to be lowered. In the case the water content in the composition is beyond 1000ppm, a number of fine recesses are generated on the surface of the resin molded body, and sometimes the surface accuracy is insufficient or premature release is accelerated.
