    Abstract: PURPOSE:To efficiently prepare a composite sheet having a cross section of plural layers arranged regularly by providing a flow-route dividing and altering apparatus of specific structure between an apparatus for multilamination of two kinds or more of viscous liquid and an extruding mouthpiece. CONSTITUTION:A flow-route dividing and altering apparatus 6 consists of distribution plates 7, 8, 9 and 10. On the inlet side of the distribution plate 7 are formed flow-routes 7' and 7'' which divide a multilayer composite body formed in an apparatus for multilamination into equal upper and lower parts and these routes are separated to the right and left as they come near to the distribution plate 8, joining finally flow-routes 8' and 8'', respectively. There the routes are positioned horizontally to each other in the lateral direction, being in parallel, and then the flow-routes 9' and 9'', being divided equally into the upper and lower parts by the distribution plate 9, are expanded and separated to the right and left and further turned to be the routes 10' and 10'', forming a row in parallel, by the distribution plate 10. Next, the composite body is extruded from a slit 5' having the same thickness and width as those of routes 10' and 10'' joined together and thus turns to be the finished multilayer composite body 1.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To permit to eliminate temperature difference between both side members and keep them in the same temperature by a method wherein a heater, extending in the longitudinal direction of the mouthpiece, is provided near the outlet port of molten resin of a slit clearance in a member provided with a regulating means. CONSTITUTION:The plate-like heater 39, extending along the whole length of the lip member 33 in the longitudinal direction thereof, is attached to a part near the outlet port of molten resin of slit clearance 35 of the lip member 33 provided with the regulating means 38, or the lower surface side of the lip member 33. A drip plate 41, for preventing dropping of resin through the part of the regulating bolt 38, it attached to the lower surface side of the heater 39 through an insulating member 40. Temperature difference between the lip member 32 and the lip member 33 is eliminated by setting the voltage of the heater 39 properly. On the other hand, the heater 39 is extended in the longitudinal direction of the mouthpiece 30, therefore, the lip member 33 may be heated uniformly in the longitudinal direction of the cap 30.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To contrive protection of each element and early stabilization of a process, by a method wherein at least two or more of bleed valves are provided on upstream side of a gear pump, a filter and a metallic cap, and a foreign matter and modified resin are discharged out of series by opening the valves in order from the upstream side at the starting time of extrusion. CONSTITUTION:An extruder 1 is driven by opening a bleed valve 17 at the starting time of extrusion. Modified resin and a foreign matter in piping 6 are extruded out of series through the valve 17. When a discharged molten resin is turned into a normal state, the valve 17 is closed and a downstream side bleed valve 18 is opened. In this instance, although the molten resin passes through the inside of a gear pump 8, damage of the gear 8 and a gear case 9 is prevented. As for the valve 18, as the molten resin which has been retained within a gear pump 7 and piping 10 is discharged the modified resin and a foreign matter do not enter into a filter 11 side. After completion of discharge the valve 18 is closed and a bleed valve 19 is opened. Then the modified resin and the foreign matter in the filter 11 and piping 14 and a foreign matter to be mixed from the outside at the time of exchange of either filter 11 or a mouthpiece 15 are discharged along with the molten resin.
