    Abstract: Provided is an electrostatic atomizing device which performs atomization at low cost. An electrostatic atomizing device (M4) is installed in an atomization chamber (10) of a separation apparatus. The electrostatic atomizing device (M4) includes a plate-like inclined surface electrode (101) and a plate-like counter electrode (102) parallel to the surface electrode (101). A solution is diffused by diffusers (108) onto an upper end of the surface electrode (101). The solution flows down along a front surface of the surface electrode (101) while being spread in a thin film form, and is atomized by an electric field between the surface electrode (101) and the counter electrode (102).

The communication duct includes a first curved portion, which is arranged between the emission port and the vehicle interior introduction port and curved downward in a lower position than the vehicle interior introduction port, and a second curved portion, which is arranged between the first curved portion and the emission port and curved upward in an upper position than the first curved portion.

    Abstract: A charged powder supply device is disclosed. A plurality of charged powder particles are disposed on an upper side of a carrier and at least an action source is positioned at a lower side of the carrier for acting on the carrier so as to vibrate the charged powder particles on the upper side of the carrier. As such, the vibrated charged powder particles are attached to objects to be coated, such as LEDs, under the effect of an electric field so as to form a powder layer, such as a phosphor layer. Since there are no other external forces that affect the moving direction of the charged powder particles, the powder layer can be uniformly formed on the objects.
