    Abstract: A neck massage apparatus for use in a spa hot tub system. The massage apparatus includes a pair of rotating jet nozzles located at a height near the neck of a user thereof sitting in the spa, wherein the jet nozzles are coupled to a source of water and air, respectively. A pliable membrane is disposed over the jet nozzles for restraining the water and air and for imparting a massage sensation to the user in response to movement of the water and air. Controlled size orifices are placed in the back of the apparatus to allow the water and air to escape. The size of these orifices are controlled to be slightly greater in area than the area of the combined air and water source pipes, thereby placing adequate pressure on the membrane to adapt to the shape of the user's neck and to impart a massage sensation.

    Abstract: A head covering for at least lifting the face that includes a head covering for covering the entire head and neck and apparatus for simulating the muscles of the head and neck. The head covering has an inner ply for directly overlying the entire head and neck and an outer ply that directly and entirety overlies the inner ply, with both being light weight felt material so as to conform to the entire head and neck without discomfort thereto. The apparatus includes a plurality of vibrators between the inner and outer plies. The plurality of vibrators comprise a forehead vibrator for overlying and vibrating the frontalis muscles, a pair of temple vibrators for overlying and vibrating the temporalis muscles, a pair of under eye vibrators for overlying and vibrating the levator labii superioris muscles, a pair of cheek vibrators for overlying and vibrating the zygomaticus minor and zygomaticus major muscles, a chin vibrator for overlying and vibrating the platysma muscle, and a neck vibrator for overlying and vibrating the auricularis posterior muscle. The plurality of vibrators is one of piezoelectric, electro-mechanical, and hydrostatic pulsator.

    Abstract: A chair-type air massage device which is capable of providing air massage to a user's legs in comfortable positions such as a reclined position or a sitting position. The air massage device includes a backrest pivotally joined with a seat. A footrest is joined to the front end of the seat and can be moved between a forwardly-projecting or extended position and a retracted position. A number of air bags for providing a leg massage are disposed on the footrest. When the footrest is in the extended position, a user's legs may be oriented approximately horizontally and compressed air may be supplied and exhausted to and from the air bags so as to cause the air bags to expand and contract and thus massage the user's legs in a reclined position. Likewise, when the footrest is in the retracted position, a user's legs may be oriented approximately vertically and compressed air may be supplied and exhausted to and from the air bags so as to cause the air bags to expand and contract and thus massage the user's legs in a sitting position.

    Abstract: An inflatable neck traction device includes a supporting portion and a bearing portion. The height of the top surface of the bearing portion is lower than that of the supporting portion. The supporting portion has a neck support body and two shoulder abutting bodies, and can be provided therein with a first airbag and two second airbags. An inflation device can be connected to the airbags. When a user rests on the device in a supine position, the top surface of the neck support body supports the neck, and the shoulder abutting bodies abut against the shoulders. The inflation device inflates or deflates the airbags to displace the neck support body along a first axis and the shoulder abutting bodies along a second axis to change the force exerted by the neck support body and shoulder abutting bodies on the neck and shoulders to achieve cervical traction effects.
