Abstract: A male sexual stimulation device that provides a better user experience by combining a mechanical stroking mechanism with a spiraling sleeve that provides rotational stimulation and suctional stimulation to the stroking motion of the mechanical stroking mechanism. The spiraling sleeve is formed at least in part from an elastomeric material with ribbing molded into the interior of the sleeve at an angle to the linear axis of the spiraling sleeve such that elongation or shortening of the spiraling sleeve along the linear axis with a penis inserted therein causes a portion of the sleeve to twist about the linear axis.

Abstract: An airway clearance therapy system includes a blower and an air pulse generator coupled to the blower. The air pulse generator includes a casing defining a chamber, first and second pistons disposed within the chamber, and a connector assembly coupled to the first and second pistons. A first connecting rod is coupled to the first piston, and a second connecting rod is coupled to the second piston. The air pulse generator also includes dampening pads disposed between the connector assembly and each of the first and second pistons. A motor assembly is operably coupled to the connector assembly. The connector assembly translates rotational motion from the motor assembly to linear motion of the first and second pistons to generate air pulses. A dampener is disposed between the motor assembly and the casing to reduce vibrations transferred between the motor assembly and the casing.

Abstract: A skin massage device for positioning in contact with the skin of a person. It includes a positioning membrane configured to delimit a zone of action and generate a sealed contact, a main suction device, a vibrator ring configured to produce a series of vibrations according to a pre-established pattern. The vibrator ring is removably and sealingly attached between the positioning diaphragm and the main suction device, such that the device is generally rotationally symmetrical about an axis A. The device forms a decompression cone which, when switched on, simultaneously generates a suction and a series of vibrations at the action area.

Abstract: A device may include a high-level control layer comprising a convolutional neural network (CNN) configured to receive exoskeleton sensor data from one or more sensors on an exoskeleton and generate a user state estimate. The device may include a mid-level control layer configured to receive the user state estimate and generate a torque command for an actuator based on the user state estimate. The user state estimate may be an estimated gait phase, where the mid-level control layer generates the torque command as a function of the estimated gait phase based on an assistance profile. The high-level control layer may include a backward labeler and a real-time adaptation trainer. The backward labeler relabels ground truth gait phase from the exoskeleton sensor data using a local peak detection. The real-time adaptation trainer trains the CNN in a single epoch of backpropagation with the ground truth gait phase.
