Abstract:
The invention relates to multi-hole or cluster nozzle having several outlet openings for fluid to be atomized. In accordance with the invention, the central longitudinal axes of at least two of the outlet openings are aligned askew relative to one another, where a distance between the central longitudinal axes of these outlet openings and the main longitudinal axis of the nozzle is initially reduced when seen in the outflow direction, without intersecting the central longitudinal axis, and increases again after passing through a minimum distance.Use for example in nozzles for evaporative cooling or for flue gas cleaning.
Abstract:
A method for stabilizing and centrally positioning an inner capillary in a concentric nebulizer comprises supporting the inner capillary near the tip of the nebulizer by contacting the nebulizer body against the inner capillary or by interposing a support between the nebulizer body and the inner capillary near the tip. An embodiment of a nebulizing device having stabilized central positioning of its inner capillary is disclosed which comprises an outer capillary with a linear bore and a gas/liquid orifice in a distal tip, a central capillary disposed within the linear bore, and a support sufficiently proximate the orifice to maintain the central capillary substantially centered within the outer capillary adjacent to the orifice. An open volume within the outer capillary between the orifice and the support is dimensioned to enable gas flow to spread substantially evenly around the central capillary.
Abstract:
A foam-type hair dye apparatus, has a container main body in which liquid hair dye containing a dye, surfactant, and thickener is stored; at least one jetting orifice for jetting the liquid hair dye from the container main body; and a liquid reservoir member disposed opposite the jetting orifice. The jet flow of liquid hair dye from the jetting orifice is blended with air from outside the container and transformed into foam-type hair dye in the liquid reservoir member. A foam-type hair dye discharge apparatus according to another embodiment uses a double aerosol container including an inner bag filled with undiluted solution; an outer container disposed on the external side of the inner bag and filled with compressed gas in the space between the outer container and the inner bag; and a valve mechanism.

A foam-type hair dye apparatus, has a container main body in which liquid hair dye containing a dye, surfactant, and thickener is stored; one, or a plurality of jetting orifices for jetting the liquid hair dye from the container main body; and a liquid reservoir member disposed opposite the jetting orifices. The jet flow of liquid hair dye jetted from the jetting orifices toward the liquid reservoir member is blended with air from outside the container and transformed into foam-type hair dye in the liquid reservoir member. A foam-type hair dye discharge apparatus according to another embodiment uses a double aerosol container comprising an inner bag filled with undiluted solution; an outer container disposed on the external side of the inner bag and filled with compressed gas in the space between the outer container and the inner bag; and a valve mechanism which allows the undiluted solution stored in the inner bag to be jetted by the pressure of the compressed gas, while simultaneously jetting the compressed gas, for mixing the undiluted solution and the compressed gas, and discharging the product in foam form.
Abstract:
A device for applying body care products onto the skin of a human body has at least one supply container for receiving a body care product. At least one spray nozzle arrangement is provided for dispensing the body care product in the direction onto the human body. A control device is provided that controls dispensing of the body care product as a function of a position of the skin to be treated with the body care product relative to the spray nozzle arrangement. A directed and uniform application of the body care product without spraying the body car product onto articles of clothing or the head and hair of the user is possible.

Abstract:
An aerial washing method for obtaining washing effects almost equal to those of underwater washing is embodied. An jet opening 12 for jetting high-pressure water in a direction generally parallel to the direction the nozzle's axis is provided in a nozzle port 11 of a washing nozzle 10, and a negative pressure is formed in the nozzle port 11 by jetting a high-pressure water jet. A low-pressure water inlet 14 and a gas inlet 15 through which low-pressure water and a gas, respectively, are sucked in using this negative pressure are provided in the washing nozzle 10. The low-pressure water and the gas are engulfed in the high-pressure water jet, and the resultant high-pressure jet of water is aerially directed against an object to wash it.
Abstract:
Process for the application of a liquid die wall treatment agent to areas of the die walls of a molding device by means of at least one spray element with metering of the flow rate of the die wall treatment agent by a metering valve. The metering valve having a metering cross section for the liquid die wall treatment agent and influenced by a secondary fluid including a metering valve with a valve membrane of variable shape, one side of which is acted on by the die wall treatment agent, while the other side is acted on by the secondary fluid, and the pressure on at least one side of the membrane is influenced by flow rate adjusting means, which results in variable flow rates and the variable flow rates are determined by different positions of the membrane.
Abstract:
A cooling-lubricating device which is suitable especially to cool and lubricate cutting tools in machine tools and provides a gas/liquid stream which is sprayed on the location to be machined (50) through mixer heads (3) which have one outlet aperture (9') each, comprises at least two mixer heads to produce a mixture of gas and liquid. The mixture is supplied through flexible hose lines (11, 16) which can be bent individually into a desired inherently stable configuration so as to direct the mixer heads (3) with their outlet apertures (9') at the machining location (50).
