    Abstract: A gait rehabilitation machine and a method of using the same for lower-limb rehabilitation. The gait rehabilitation machine includes: a frame; a rear supporting member provided at the frame so that the back side of a human body can lean against the rear supporting member; a thigh supporting member corresponding to a thigh of the human body and pivotally connected to the frame; a shank supporting member corresponding to the corresponding shank of the human body, pivotally connected to the thigh supporting member, and having a pedal to be stepped on by the human body; a knee supporting member corresponding to the corresponding knee of the human body and provided at the thigh supporting member or the shank supporting member; and a transmission device for driving the shank supporting member to move. Thus, a patient can do lower-limb gait rehabilitation exercise without using a suspension system.

The actuator is operable to accelerate the mass along the cavity and to thereby induce a longitudinal reactive acceleration of the housing.

    Abstract: A massager with symmetric massaging structure includes first and second casing assemblies coupled to a connection belt each and connected pivotally by first and second movable sleeves, respectively. The casing assemblies, whose included angles are adjustable, have therein power sources for driving first and second transmission members connecting with and driving first and second massaging sets to knead a user's body in a fixed-point manner. The transmission members drive the tooth-guiding groove screws to advance toward the movable sleeves in a fixed-point manner, respectively. With first and second tooth-like keys, the movable sleeves engage with tooth-guiding grooves of the tooth-guiding groove screws, respectively. The tooth-guiding groove screws rotate to pull synchronously the casing assemblies toward each other or away from each other. After restoring its initial position, one said massaging set does not move together with the other massaging set until the other massaging set restores its initial position too.

    Abstract: A portable, foldable, and multifunctional mobility aid apparatus that assists a user in standing, sitting, and/or walking process. The apparatus has an integrated power source and is based on 4 wheels. Users can stand on it and drive it as an electric mobility device, or disable it and use it as a passive walker.
