An eccentric hub provides a central throughbore for receiving a spindle, where the spindle is rotatably engaged with the eccentric hub and the inner bore which enhances vibration when the spindle is rotating and the eccentric hub is engaged.

Abstract: Described herein are methods of manufacturing multi-use mounting brackets having an extension with an internal support rod configured to support gym accessories. A single multi-use mounting bracket fits gym rigging or gym racks of different sizes and hole configurations. This accomplished by including multiple pairs of holes that are sized and positioned to be compatible with different gym rigging configurations. The multi-use mounting brackets described herein are advantageously designed to resist both downward and upward forces.

Abstract: The invention relates to a medical use of water exerting a hydrostatic pressure higher than 1.1 bar, completely surrounding and affecting a patient's organism under total submergence, for use in prophylaxis, physiotherapy, rehabilitation and therapy of disorders, defects and injuries of skeletal system, arthroskeletal system, musculoskeletal system and other body systems such as circulatory system, nervous system, immune system, as well as pain conditions, such as migraine, myalgia and neuralgia, skin diseases, fertility disorders, potency dysfunctions, as well as overweight, obesity and defects of posture. According to the invention the hydrostatic pressure of water is preferably higher than 1.2 bar, and the patient is human being. The invention is of a particular importance in rehabilitation and therapy that follows after aesthetic medicine treatment, after surgeries, after physical injuries of motor system. The solution according to the invention is advantageously used in combination with procedures of classic hydrotherapy, manual therapy, kinesitherapy or combination thereof. It is of a particular benefit to provide air, mixture of gases of a composition different to the composition of air, mixtures of air and oxygen or pure oxygen for breathing (hyperbaric oxygen therapy HBO/HBOT), while the water may be supplemented with various additives appropriate for the kind of an ailment treated, such as mineral, gaseous, herbal, antiinflammatory, antimicrobial including antibacterial additives.

Abstract: The walking training system 1 includes an upper acceleration sensor 52 and a lower acceleration sensor 54 installed at locations on the walking assistance apparatus 2 spaced apart from each other in a leg length direction. The control apparatus 100 estimates an acceleration at the center of gravity of the walking assistance apparatus 2 from accelerations acquired by the upper acceleration sensor 52 and the lower acceleration sensor 54. The control apparatus 100 then calculates an inertia force acting on the walking assistance apparatus 2 from the product of the acceleration at the center of gravity and the weight of the walking assistance apparatus 2. The control apparatus 100 controls the forward pulling unit 35 and the backward pulling unit 37 to reduce the inertia force acting on the walking assistance apparatus 2.

Abstract: An upper body support assembly for use with an associated railed device having first and second rails is disclosed. The assembly includes first and second upper body supports capable of moving along the first and second rails, respectively. The upper body supports have at least one of: (i) first and second forearm supports, (ii) first and second hand grips, or (iii) a first forearm support and a first hand grip. An interconnecting member extends between and selectively connects both the first and second upper body supports to permit (i) interrelated movement therebetween when connected, and (ii) independent movement therebetween when disconnected. The assembly can achieve two point gait, three point gait, and four point gait movement.

Abstract: Provided is a joint movement aid, which has a simple structure and is lightweight and which a user can easily put on and take off, and which has a novel structure capable of safely supporting a walking without impeding a user's autonomous fall-preventing movement even in a case of a disturbance such as external force on the user in a transverse direction. The walking movement aid includes a right and left pair of assisting units provided with drive sources, which exert a pulling force on flexible auxiliary force transmission parts, and a control member for controlling the respective drive sources of the assisting units corresponding to changes in a joint angle with user's hip joints.
