The spray-producer is mounted in the axis of one or more conical diverging nozzles d, g, h through which additional air is expirated.

    Abstract: Embodiments of multi-zone showerheads are provided herein. In some embodiments, a multi-zone showerhead includes: a body having an outer surface and including a plurality of fluidly independent plenums; and a plurality of gas distribution plugs extending through the body, wherein at least one gas distribution plug includes a first internal gas passageway coupling a first plenum of the plurality of fluidly independent plenums to the outer surface and a second internal gas passageway coupling a second plenum of the plurality of fluidly independent plenums to the outer surface. In some embodiments, the body can include: a top plate; a bottom plate; and one or more intermediate plates disposed between the top plate and the bottom plate, wherein individual plenums of the plurality of fluidly independent plenums are respectively defined between adjacent plates of the top plate, the bottom plate, and the one or more intermediate plates.

    Abstract: Provided are a coating apparatus which coats an article using a plurality of coating nozzles and is capable of performing the coating without restriction of the posture of the article, a coating nozzle used for the same, and a coating method. A coating apparatus includes: a first air jet port 20; a plurality of coating material jet ports 22 dispersedly disposed in the periphery of the first air jet port 20 across the whole circumference; and a plurality of second air jet ports 24 dispersedly disposed in the periphery of the coating material jet ports 22 across the whole circumference. The coating apparatus includes a plurality of coating nozzles 18 each of which performs jetting via a circulating passage formed along the dispersing arrangement of the second air jet ports 24.     Abstract: A device for spraying a biological substance onto a biocompatible implant. The device includes a housing that defines a sterile chamber. A spray head is within the chamber and proximate to a first end. A first conduit is configured to direct the biological substance into the chamber through a first spray tip of the spray head. A second conduit is configured to direct an activator into the chamber through a second spray tip of the spray head. A third conduit is configured to direct compressed air to the chamber through a third spray tip of the spay head. The spray head is configured to direct a coating of the biological substance as activated by the activator to the implant seated within the chamber at a second end that is opposite to the first end.
