Abstract:
A sprayer with an improved spraying structure comprises a body, a nozzle, a knob, and a nozzle sleeve. The body has a passage and a valve. At the end of the passage is an air outlet. A mounting part with an insertion hole is provided around the body. The assembly of the nozzle, the knob, and the nozzle sleeve is inserted in the mounting part. The paint bottle with paint is connected to the knob.

Abstract:
The present invention relates generally to a nebulizer, and more particularly but not exclusively to a compact nebulizer that may include an angled impactor and/or siphon tube integrated into the impactor to increase the nebulizer efficiency.
Abstract:
The nebulisation venturi includes a liquid supply duct and compressed air supply duct, each duct having a nozzle opening in the nebulisation zone in which the air arriving under pressure from the supply duct nebulises the liquid coming from the liquid supply duct. The venturi includes a regulator for the relative position of the liquid supply duct nozzle with relation to the compressed air supply duct nozzle. The regulator can adjust at least the longitudinal position of the liquid supply nozzle and/or the angular position of the liquid supply nozzle. The venturi preferably includes a supply duct for free air with a nozzle in the nebulisation zone and an opening to the outside.
Abstract:
A coating apparatus for coating a rollable device including a device rotator having a pair of rollers and spray nozzle is described. The spray nozzle produces a spray of coating material that is directed towards a gap that is between the rollers of the pair. The majority of any spray not deposited on the rollable device during a coating process passes through the gap between the rollers.
Abstract:
In a high pressure spray cleaning apparatus and method there is provided separate pressurized flow circuits to separate inlets of a spray head. A chemical flow circuit delivers a cleaning chemical fluid under pressure and a carrier flow circuit delivers a heated carrier fluid, preferably water and or soap, under a relatively high pressure. The pressurized cleaning chemical fluid and heated water are intimately mixed and distributed by a novel spray head. A power-driven air compressor is coupled to a chemical storage tank containing a cleaning chemical in the chemical flow circuit. A power-driven positive displacement pump associated with a by-pass unloader valve regulates the pressure of the water from a water tank delivered to a heating coil in which the water is heated in the carrier flow circuit. When the heated water is not being sprayed at the spray head, it is automatically returned by the operation of the by-pass unloader valve at a reduced pressure to the water tank. An electric control circuit controlling a heating unit selectively heats the heating coil during certain operating conditions and automatically stops the heating of the coil under other conditions. The spray head is carried on the end of a hand held wand with control valves to separately regulate flow through each circuit, the spray head having a nozzle that sprays the heated water in a fan-like pattern against a deflecting edge and cleaning chemicals are forced through an aperture into the fan-like pattern prior to its striking the deflecting edge to be intimately mixed with the heated water to produce a mixture that strikes the deflecting edge and is deflected therefrom in a highly concentrated form at a high velocity.
Abstract:
Particular aspects provide novel atomizers for generating particles over a broad range of MMAD size distributions, the eliminating the requirement for an impaction baffle in generating the desired particle sizes. In particular aspects, the atomization means communicates with a remote particle filter member configured and positioned to provide for particle size filtering. In additional aspects, the atomization means communicates with a particle dispersion chamber suitable to impart a desired particle flow pattern to particles within and exiting the dispersion chamber. In further aspects, the atomization means communicates with a nasal, ocular, oral or ‘vicinity’ adapter. The novel devices provide for targeted (e.g., nasal, ocular, oral, local vicinity), systemic, and/or topical delivery of an atomized liquid (e.g., via the nasal cavity, olfactory region, and mouth). Further exemplary aspects relate to aerosolization and delivery of perfume, fragrance, essential oil or cosmeceutical agents and the like.
Abstract:
The present invention is directed to a method for controlling the viscosity of a sprayable mixture. The sprayable mixture forms a layer of a coating composition on an applied substrate and forms crosslinked network after drying and curing the layer. The dried and cured composition provides the substrate with a coating having a good appearance.
