Abstract:
An adhesive label production device has an ejection mechanism that is easy to maintain.A printer 100 used as an adhesive label production device has a conveyance mechanism 8 that conveys continuous recording paper (recording medium) P; a recording head 5 that prints on the recording paper P conveyed by the conveyance mechanism 8; an automatic cutter 4 that cuts the recording paper P; and an inkjet head (ejection mechanism) 15 that ejects adhesive 18 onto the recording paper P that was cut by the automatic cutter 4. The inkjet head 15 has a plurality of nozzles (ejection holes), and ejection by each of the nozzles can be individually controlled.
Abstract:
An ultrasonic cleaner and a coater equipped with the ultrasonic cleaner are provided. The ultrasonic cleaner is configured to clean an inkjet head for ejecting an alignment solution. The cleaner comprises a cleaning receiver for receiving a clean agent, an ultrasonic generator for generating an ultrasonic, and a storing device for retrieving and storing the clean agent, and each of the ultrasonic generator and the storing device is connected to the cleaning receiver. The ultrasonic cleaner can clean the blocked nozzle hole of the inkjet head quickly and thoroughly in a short time. Besides, the cleanliness in the equipment will not be destroyed and the cleaning agent can be retrieved.
Abstract:
A nozzle of a spray gun includes an air cap, a board, a cover and a nozzle. The air cap has a central path. The central path has a first inner periphery and a second inner periphery which is larger than the first inner periphery. Two guide faces each are a tapered face which is connected between the first and second inner peripheries of the central path of the air cap. The two guide faces are located symmetrically relative to the central path. Two air holes are respectively defined between the two guide faces and the nozzle. The air flow from the guide faces interests the air flow form the air holes to increase the range of the air flow to guide the paint in the paint path to be ejected from the nozzle.
Abstract:

Abstract:
The invention is directed to an arrangement of two conduits, wherein the conduits are positioned parallel with respect to each other and wherein each conduit is provided with means suitable to remove solids from its surface and positioned along the length of one of the two sides of the conduit, wherein the means are one or more pairs of oppositely oriented nozzles, each nozzle having an outflow opening for gas directed, along the surface of the conduit, towards the outflow opening of the other nozzle of said pair, wherein the pairs of oppositely oriented nozzles of one conduit are arranged in a staggered configuration relative to the pairs of oppositely oriented nozzles of the other conduit.
Abstract:
A device for gluing fibers or similar particles, in particular for the production of wood material panels, for example fiber panels, having a blowline (3) through which the fibers to be glued are transported, wherein there are connected to the blowline a plurality of nozzles (4) which issue into the blowline and by means of which the fibers transported through the blowline can be sprayed with glue, wherein the nozzles (4) are formed as multiple-substance nozzles, for example two-substance nozzles for the purpose of steam atomization, to which nozzles in each case at least one glue feed line (5) and one steam feed line (6) are connected, characterized in that in each case one glue valve (7) and one throughflow measurement device (8) are integrated into the glue feed lines (5), and in that the glue valves (7) and the throughflow measurement devices (8) are connected to at least one control and/or regulating device, such that the throughflow rate for each glue feed line (5) can be separately controlled or regulated by means of the glue valves (7).
Abstract:
An impingement injector includes an injector core having a plurality of conduits. The conduits include a first conduit and second conduits disposed circumferentially around the first conduit. The second conduits are at an impinging angle with respect to the first conduit. Replaceable, tunable jets are disposed in corresponding ones of the second conduits.
Abstract:
A coating device for coating an inside of a hollow body with an atomized fluid has at least one atomizing tube enclosing an atomizing channel. A pressurized propellant gas for atomizing an unatomized fluid can be introduced into the atomizing tube. The atomizing tube has at least one outlet opening and further has at least one hollow needle having a discharge opening for the unatomized fluid. The at least one hollow needle interacts with the atomizing channel and is arranged essentially coaxially thereto. The atomizing tube and the hollow needle form a Venturi arrangement.
Abstract:
The present disclosure generally relates to a sprayer for a fluid delivery system. In one example, a sprayer for a fluid delivery system is provided. The sprayer includes a main body having a handle and a trigger. The sprayer also includes a spray head having a fluid input for receiving fluid material and a fluid output for spraying the fluid material. The spray head is removably couplable to the main body by rotating the spray head with respect to the main body to engage a connection component of the spray head to a corresponding connection component of the main body. The sprayer also includes a spray head locking mechanism on the main body that extends to engage a portion of the spray head.
Abstract:
Embodiments disclosed herein provide devices having a nozzle die with one or more nozzles, each of which has one or more integrated skimmers. The use of an integrated nozzle/skimmer structure allows for higher-resolution printing in OVJP-type deposition techniques without requiring the use of a shadow mask by allowing for a relatively narrow organic material beam that can be placed at relatively high distances away from the substrate.
