Abstract: In a terminal-equipped electric wire in which a first barrel of a crimp terminal is crimped to a core wire exposed portion of an electric wire, a second barrel of the crimp terminal is crimped to a covering portion of the electric wire, and an anticorrosive portion is formed at least in an opening portion between the first barrel and the second barrel, an adhesive member is arranged on an outer peripheral surface of the covering portion, a base member and adhesive layers of the adhesive member are held in an elastically deformed state by being crimped by the second barrel, the inner adhesive layer of the adhesive member adheres to the entire circumference of the outer peripheral surface of the covering portion, and the outer adhesive layer of the adhesive member adheres to the entire circumference of an inner peripheral surface of the second barrel.

Abstract: A pattern forming method includes: a first step of forming a first pattern to define a first shot arrangement; and a second step of performing an imprint process, thereby forming a second pattern on the imprint material on the first pattern and defining a second shot arrangement. In the second step, the second shot arrangement is defined so as to reduce an overlay error between the first and second shot arrangements by deforming the mold. In the first step, based on information of the estimated second shot arrangement definable on the substrate when the second step is performed after the second pattern formed on the mold is amended by deforming the mold, the first pattern is formed to make an overlay error between the first and second shot arrangements fall within an allowable range.

Abstract: A system treats uneven surfaces of additive manufactured objects to improve the transparency and glossiness of the surfaces. The system operates an actuator to dip the additive manufactured object into a bath of fluid material that is the same as the material used to form the uneven surface to smooth the surface of the object and operates a sprayer to apply another fluid material to a surface of the object that is identified as being rougher based on the object's geometric data. A heater is provided to dry non-UV curable material applied to the object and a source of UV radiation is provided to cure UV curable material applied to the object.

Abstract: An optically consistent transparent conductive film and a preparation method thereof solve the problems of obvious etching marks, poor optical stability, easy corrosion of nanomaterials, and migration of metal ions of the metal nanowire transparent conductive film. The addition of nanoparticles with a matchable refractive index and a high corrosion resistance, the addition of an optical compensation layer, the use of a substrate with an anti-glare layer and other such means can solve the problem of obvious post-treatment etching marks of metal nanowire conductive films. A dense full-plate conductive transparent conductive film with improved corrosion resistance can be achieved by using an electric compensation layer. An ultraviolet stabilizer is added into a protective solution to improve the optical stability of the conductive film. An antioxidant, a dendrimer, and a complexing agent in the protective solution solve the problem of easy corrosion of nanomaterials and migration of metal ions.
