The invention concerns a spray nozzle for a fluidized bed device, said nozzle comprising a central liquid outlet (15) for a liquid coating agent and an annular air outlet (17) for conveying spraying air coaxially. An enclosing body (1) having a central recess (4) is maintained in a wall of the box of the fluidized bed device. Said enclosing body (1) is connected to a spraying air source through an air duct (6) and an axially mobile nozzle head (14) is centrally mounted inside said enclosing body (1). Said nozzle head (14) is connected to a liquid coating agent source through a liquid duct (10), said liquid duct (10) having a flexible tubular section (12) and being centrally guided inside the air duct (6).

A process for measuring, monitoring and/or controlling directed product movements of fluidized products in process systems (1) selected from fluidized bed and spouted bed systems during a spraying process for coating and/or granulation, which includes, with the aid of one or more microwave sensor devices (8), injecting microwave radiation without contact into one or more product streams, receiving the microwave radiation reflected by the particles of the particular product stream and, on the basis of the microwave radiation received, forming and transmitting a measurement signal for the characterization of the product stream, the corresponding use of microwave sensor devices (8) and correspondingly equipped apparatus (1).

A fluidized bed reactor for granulating and coating particles in very small amounts having an essentially conical product container, a filter housing with filters inserted above the product container, and a lower housing below the conical product container having a process air supply. The product container has a sieve bottom in the center of which is a height-adjustable two-component nozzle. At least one guide element associated with the sieve bottom directs at least part of the process air to the two-component nozzle in a radial manner.
