Abstract:
A digital printer machine for ceramic products, including at least one conveyor, suitable for transporting the products to be printed along a feed direction, and at least one printing module, positioned along said conveyor and comprising an operating unit with respective print heads provided with nozzles for dispensing at least one printing fluid to be deposited on the surface of the products. The printing module includes a basement provided with a recess (R), underlying the operating unit, wherein the conveyor is inserted to make the products pass under the heads; the basement further comprises two completely flat and free lateral opposite flanks, so that the printing module can be matched to other modules along the conveyor until a complete mutual matching is obtained.
Abstract:
A digital decorating machine for ceramic products, including a conveyor, suitable to transport the products to be decorated (P) along a feed direction (A), and a plurality of decoration modules, positioned over the conveyor and adjacent to each other along the feed direction (A). The modules include respective printing heads provided with nozzles for ejecting a fluid to be delivered on the surface of the products to be decorated (P); the conveyor includes a movable member for supporting the products to be decorated (P), suitable for translating them along the feed direction (A). The conveyor includes at least a supporting surface, located along a respective flank of the movable member, including in turn a plurality of predetermined positioning zones for the removable engagement of respective coupling portions of the decoration modules.
Abstract:
A cabinet for storing printing modules with inkjet, enamel and the like, the printing modules being equipped with at least one tank containing ink, enamel and the like and with at least one colour print bar, in turn equipped with at least one digital printing head, the latter provided with a system with multiple nozzles for ejecting colour. The cabinet includes a main box-shaped body, provided with at least closing means, and inside it with at least one seat equipped for housing at least one print module, the cabinet moreover includes an air-conditioning unit for keeping a predetermined temperature and humidity inside the cabinet, the equipped seat making it also possible to periodically actuate the colour bar of the print module, so as to keep the correct state of cleanliness and operation of the printing modules unaltered.
Abstract:
A machine for decorating items with granular materials, including at least one transportation device, adapted to convey the items to be decorated along a feed direction (A) and a feed orientation (V), and at least one decoration assembly of the items (P), supported above the transportation device and adapted to deposit, on the surface of each item (P), a certain quantity of granular material (M) so as to achieve a determined aesthetic effect. The decoration assembly includes a first module for dispensing adhesive fluid, of the type provided with heads with dispensing nozzles, adapted to dispense at least a first layer of adhesive fluid on the surface of the item (P) to be decorated according to a specific decorative pattern or motif, and at least one supplying device of granular material.
Abstract:
A line for decorating and controlling products, in particular ceramic tiles and the like, includes a conveyor of products to be decorated, at least one decorating device of the jet type actuated by piezoelectric-control nozzles adapted to apply at least one layer of enamel on the products passing on said conveyor; the line further includes at least one control and diagnostic module of the decorated products, provided with means for detecting decoration and/or structural defects of the products themselves.
Abstract:
A machine for decorating products, including a digital printing head for applying, on the surface of the products to be decorated, at least one layer of fluid adhesive material, elements for depositing granular materials on the layer of adhesive material, and elements for removing the excess granular materials. A method for decorating products with granular materials and the like is also proposed.
