    Abstract: An exhaust valve rocker arm assembly operable in a combustion engine mode and an engine braking mode can include a rocker shaft and a rocker arm. The rocker shaft can define a pressurized oil supply conduit. The rocker arm can receive the rocker shaft and is configured to rotate around the rocker shaft. The rocker arm can have an oil supply passage defined therein. A valve bridge can engage a first exhaust valve and a second exhaust valve. A hydraulic lash adjuster assembly can include first and second plunger bodies, the first plunger body can engage the valve bridge.

    Abstract: A hydraulic capsule is provided for use in connection with an engine decompression brake or other variable valvetrain lifts. The hydraulic capsule comprises a main body having a latch pin, a first housing defined by a first outer diameter, an upper chamber defined by the first housing, and a first biasing member, and the latch pin is disposed inside the upper chamber and held by the first biasing member; a second body comprising a plunger, a second housing defined by a second outer diameter, a lower chamber defined by the second housing, and means for restricting the plunger at the bottom of the lower chamber, and the plunger is slidably moveable up and down inside the second housing; a biasing means, wherein the biasing means keeps the main body and the second body in contact; and a check assembly. The first outer diameter and the second diameter can be chosen according to manufacturing specifications and can be the same or different.

    Abstract: A type II valve train assembly that selectively opens first and second intake valves and first and second exhaust valves is provided. The valve train assembly includes an intake rocker arm assembly and an exhaust rocker arm assembly. The valve train assembly is configurable for operation in any combination of activated and deactivated states of engine braking and cylinder deactivation. The exhaust rocker arm assembly includes a first exhaust rocker arm, a second exhaust rocker arm and an engine brake exhaust rocker arm. A first exhaust HLA is associated with the first exhaust rocker arm. A second exhaust HLA is associated with the second exhaust valve.     Abstract: An actuator arrangement for controlling a first latching arrangement of a first dual body rocker arm for controlling an intake valve of an internal combustion engine, and for controlling a second latching arrangement of a second dual body rocker arm for controlling an exhaust valve of the internal combustion engine, the first and second dual body rocker arms each including a first body, a second body, and the latching arrangement controllable to latch and unlatch the first body and the second body. The actuator arrangement includes: an actuation source; and an actuation transmission arrangement for transmitting movement of the actuation source to both the first latching arrangement and the second latching arrangement. In use, movement of the actuation source causes, via the actuation transmission arrangement, control of the first latching arrangement and of the second latching arrangement in common.
