A method for controlling a precharge timing of a memory device is disclosed. The method includes making timing of generation of a signal for determining a precharge timing in a normal operation and a signal for determining a precharge timing in a refresh operation different from each other by making timing of generation of a signal for controlling the normal operation and a signal for controlling the refresh operation different from each other.
Abstract:
A method and an apparatus for vehicle driving guide with lamps are applied to a target road. The apparatus has a traffic condition detection module, multiple indication lamps and a signal control module. The traffic condition detection module obtains a traffic condition. The indication lamps are mounted separately on the target road. The signal control module is electrically connected to the traffic condition detection module and the indication lamps and operates the indication lamps according to a control process based on different traffic conditions. The control process may be in a chase mode that sequentially pulses the indication lamps on with a regulated moving direction of the target road with a pulse interval between turning the indication lamps on to present an impression that the lights are moving at an indicator speed. The impression allows drivers in vehicles on the target road to follow to drive.

The apparatus for detecting arc occurred in chamber for plasma treatment used for manufacturing semiconductor or LCD panel comprises, a sensor module for sensing the arc; a processor module for processing data from the sensor module; wherein the sensor module includes RGB color sensor for sensing color data of the arc occurred in the chamber, the RGB color sensor is a sensor sensable at least one of red color or green color or blue color of the arc, the apparatus detects the arc by sensing data of color and chroma and brightness of the arc.

A system and method for concise assessment generation using machine learning. The method including: receiving an input dataset including completed sample assessments, the sample assessments each include assessment features for determining an output status and an associated likelihood of the output status; selecting a subset of the assessment features by determining which assessment features of the sample assessment weigh more heavily in predicting the output status; predicting, using a machine learning model, a quantity of assessment features required to achieve at least a predetermined classification accuracy of an output of the assessment, the machine learning model trained using the selected subset of assessment features and the weighting of such assessment features; and outputting one or more concise assessments, each concise assessment including the quantity of assessment features and having a classification accuracy of at least the predetermined classification accuracy.

Provided are systems and methods for determination of a concentration of one or more blood biomarkers of a human subject. The method including: determining, using a first machine learning model trained with a hemoglobin concentration (HC) changes training set, bit values from a set of bitplanes in a captured image sequence that represent the HC changes of the subject, the set of bitplanes being those that are determined to approximately maximize a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), the HC changes training set including bit values from each bitplane of images captured from a set of subjects for which HC changes are known; determining, using a second machine learning model trained using a blood biomarkers training set, concentration of one or more blood biomarkers, the blood biomarkers training set including previously determined HC change signals from other subjects and one or more blood panels from those subjects as ground truth data.

A method for forming of the copper pillar tin bump on semiconductor chip comprises: composing the first copper layer on said chip; applying photoresist to said first copper layer, exposing and developing a part of said photoresist, composing the copper pillar layer at the developed part of photoresist, composing the upper tin layer, removing said photoresist, removing said the first copper layer except disposing place of copper pillar layer, composing side tin layer. The minute pattern makes it possible to form a high density packaging by reducing a pitch of copper pillar tin bump. Signal delay can be reduced by low electric resistance, and underfill can be easily soaked.
