    Abstract: A passive muscular strength support apparatus for an exoskeleton robot includes a body including first and second driving bodies coupled to each other to have a driving space therein; a first connection configured to connect a hip joint area of a user and the first driving body; a second connection configured to connect a thigh area of the user and the first driving body; a third connection configured to connect a chest or back area of the user and the second driving body; an elastic portion provided in the driving space between the first and second driving bodies, wherein elasticity of the elastic portion is deformed; and an inducer for inducing deformation of the elastic portion in conjunction with the movement of at least one of the first to third connections with respect to the body.

    Abstract: A safety walker has a support extension that extends from the front of the moveable support frame toward the back end opening and is centrally located. A user may enter the safety walker and straddle the support extension and the actuate the support extension up to a secure position, whereby in the event of a fall the support extension will support the user. The support extension may be coupled with art actuator system having a motor to raise or pivot the support extension. A safety strap may be attached to the extended end of the support extension and extend above the support extension towards the front of the movable support frame. The safety strap may provide a flexible support that is more comfortable for support in the event of a fall. A gate may be coupled with an actuator system and automatically close as the support extension is lifted.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel walker safety strap device. The device is a multipurpose strap that will assist a user in using a walker. The strap device functions as a bungee cord that will stretch from one side of the walker to the other, thereby providing the user with instruction for proper stance, balance, and distance from the walker. The walker safety strap device comprises a body component with a C-shaped hook at opposing ends which secure to the walker and a breakaway buckle in the middle. Generally, the strap device is elastic and adjustable based on the size of the user and/or walker to ensure that the strap device keeps the user inside the one-foot circle created by the walker during use.
