Abstract:
A painting booth includes a pair of first inner surfaces facing each other in a first horizontal direction with a painting treatment area therebetween and a pair of first inclined ceiling surfaces inclined downward from a position close to a center, in the first horizontal direction, in an upper part of the inside to an upper end part of each of the pair of first inner surfaces. An air supply duct is disposed at a center of the upper part of the inside, and a side air blow-out port is provided on the air supply duct to blow air against the pair of first inclined ceiling surfaces.
Abstract:
Exemplary coating methods and coating systems, e.g., for coating the component surface of a component with a coating agent by means of an atomizer in a coating system, for example to paint a body part of a motor vehicle with paint, are disclosed. An exemplary method comprises moving the atomizer over the component surface of the component to be coated, or moving the component in the spray jet, thereby applying the coating agent to the component surface by means of the atomizer. The atomizer may be operated with at least one electrical and/or kinematic operating variable comprising a certain voltage for the electrostatic charging of the coating agent and/or a certain rotational speed of a rotating spray element of the atomizer. In one example, the electrical and/or kinematic operating variable of the atomizer may be dynamically varied during the movement of the atomizer.
Abstract:
A coating booth includes a water flow board laterally opposing a coat-processing region and structuring part of an inner side surface of the coating booth, a water supply unit supplying water to the upper edge of the front surface of the water flow board oriented toward the coat-processing region, to allow the water to flow down along the front surface of the water flow board, a water collection unit disposed below the water flow board and collecting the water flowed down from the water flow board, a plurality of air passages dispersedly provided at the water flow board penetrating through the front and rear sides of the water flow board, and an air intake chamber provided on the rear side of the water flow board and communicating with the coat-processing region via the plurality of air passages, and communicating with an air intake duct provided outside the coating booth.
Abstract:
A system having a material sensor system coupled to a material tank is provided. The material tank is configured to receive a quantity of the material and output a flow of the material. The material sensor system includes a float system coupled to an inner surface of the material tank. The float system includes a float configured float within a float cavity. The material sensor system includes a switch coupled to an outer surface of the material tank. The switch is communicatively coupled to the float system through a wall of the material tank, and the switch is configured to send one or more signals to a control system when the float engages the switch.
Abstract:
The disclosure provides a multi-function ductless enclosure apparatus. Its main purpose is to be used as a paint spray booth to capture excess paint, pass it through filters with the use of a fan and then exhaust the ensuing clean air out, back into the room air. This booth is foldable and light weight and can be moved to a different location in minutes. It can also be transformed to serve many other applications with the use of a few accessories thereby saving the end user from having to have several booths (saving counter space) and also saving him from having to spend a lot of money buying many booths for different applications.
Abstract:
An apparatus for manufacturing or painting an article includes a conveyor for transporting articles along a conveyance axis and at least one rail spaced from the conveyance axis. At least a pair of robots is movably mounted on the rail for displacement along the rail. In one aspect, a pair of rails is spaced on opposite sides of the conveyance axis, with at least a pair of robots displacably mounted on each of the pair of rails.
Abstract:
A system for painting objects having a plurality of ring lines extending along a painting booth, each ring line conducting an operating medium required for operating an application device provided in the painting booth. The ring lines are divided into at least two regions. A connection device connects at least some of the ring lines to the application device and has a terminal module. The terminal module includes at least as many ring line sections as there are ring lines. The ring line sections have terminals at the ends to connect to the ring line regions. A branch line branches off from each of the ring line sections, the branch line leading to a terminal device. The terminal device has an inner flow path via which at least some of the branch lines can be connected to an outlet terminal. At least one tube or a line connects the outlet terminal to the application device.
Abstract:
A central body or device adapted to take payment in a variety of means and dispense sunscreen, insect repellant, hand sanitizers, or similar lotions, gels, or liquids. The sunscreen (or similar lotion, gel or liquid) may be dispensed in foil packets, plastic bladders, gel packs, or similar containers, or may be dispensed directly, such as through a spray attachment. The device may be unpowered, or powered by a battery, solar panel, or electrical power supply. The device may accept payment in a variety of forms: coins, bills, credit or debit cards, a hotel or resort access or room card, or the like. It may be mounted on a wall or vertical flat surface, or mounted on a pole or stand.
Abstract:
An integrated liquidjet system capable of stripping, prepping and coating a part includes a cell defining an enclosure, a jig for holding the part inside the cell, an ultrasonic nozzle having an ultrasonic transducer for generating a pulsed liquidjet, a coating particle source for supplying coating particles to the nozzle, a pressurized liquid source for supplying the nozzle with a pressurized liquid to enable the nozzle to generate the pulsed liquidjet to sequentially strip, prep and coat the part, a high-voltage electrode and a ground electrode inside the nozzle for charging the coating particles, and a human-machine interface external to the cell for receiving user commands and for controlling the pulsed liquidjet exiting from the nozzle in response to the user commands.
