The present application discloses a nonlinear optical crystal material, preparation method and application of the nonlinear optical crystal material. A nonlinear optical crystal material, whose molecular formula is Ga2Se3; wherein the crystal structure of said nonlinear optical crystal material belongs to trigonal system, space group R3 with the lattice parameters of a=b=3˜4.2 Å, c=9˜10 Å, α=β=90°, γ=120° and Z=1. The nonlinear optical crystal material has an excellent infrared nonlinear optical performance, whose frequency-doubling intensity can reach 9.3 times of AgGaS2 with the same particle size, and it meets type-I phase matching; and its laser damage threshold can reach 7.5 times of AgGaS2 with the same particle size. The nonlinear optical crystal material has important application value in the frequency-converters which can be used for frequency doubling, sum frequency, difference frequency, optical parametric oscillation of laser in mid and far infrared waveband, and the like.
Abstract:
A THz bolometer detector includes a directional antenna 1 that receives a THz wave having a wavelength λ and radiates the received THz wave, a reception antenna 2 that is provided so as to face the directional antenna 1, and a bolometer 4 that detects heat generation due to a current flowing in the reception antenna 2. The directional antenna 1 overlaps the reception antenna 2 in plan view, and a longitudinal length of the directional antenna 1 is set to be less than a longitudinal length of the reception antenna 2.
Abstract:
An improved system for measuring the temperature of a plurality of workpieces in a rotating semiconductor processing device is disclosed. Because silicon has variable emissivity in the infrared band, a temperature stable, high emissivity coating is applied to a portion of the workpiece, allowing the temperature of the workpiece to be measured by observing the temperature of the coating. Further, by limiting the amount of coating applied to the workpiece, the effect of the coating on the intrinsic temperature of the workpiece and the surrounding semiconductor processing device may be minimized. The temperature of the workpieces is measured as the workpieces pass under an aperture by capturing a thermal image of a portion of the workpiece. In certain embodiments, a controller is used to process the plurality of thermal images into a single thermal image showing all of the workpieces disposed within the semiconductor processing device.
Abstract:
Described herein is an IR camera that can prepare a report on-board the camera in a standard file format that is substantially universally readable by a number of receiving devices, including but not limited to computers. The report preferably includes at least one IR image, at least one visual image and a table that can be populated with the output of any of the camera's measurement functions or any parametric information (time, date, emissivity, background temperature, GPS location, etc.). The report may also include text, voice, and/or visual/graphical comments and recommendations. The comments may be added directly to the report or hyperlinked to the report.

An infrared imaging probe that includes an elongated wand and an electrically isolating connection between the imaging components, located at the distal end of the wand, and the image processing components, located at the proximal end of the wand.
Abstract:
The infrared sensor includes: an infrared sensor chip in which a plurality of pixel portions each including a temperature-sensitive portion formed of a thermopile is disposed in an array on one surface side of a semiconductor substrate; and an IC chip that processes an output signal of the infrared sensor chip. A package includes a package main body on which the infrared sensor chip and the IC chip are mounted to be arranged side-by-side, and a package cover that has a lens transmitting infrared rays and is hermetically bonded to the package main body. The package is provided therein with a cover member that includes a window hole through which infrared rays pass into the infrared sensor chip and equalizes amounts of temperature change of hot junctions and cold junctions among the pixel portions, the temperature change resulting from heating of the IC chip.
