Abstract: 본 발명은 저온의 연료가 공급되더라도 유로를 가열시킴으로써 저온에서도 엔진 시동이 원활하게 이루어지는 저온 시동성이 향상된 퍼지 밸브에 관한 것으로, 배출구가 형성되고 배출구 끝단에 유로끼움부가 형성된 하부 몸체, 유입구가 형성되고 상기 유입구와 연결된 유로 상에 밸브 시트가 형성되며 그 상면에 솔레노이드 어셈블리가 설치되고 저면에 상부 쪽으로 요입된 하부요입홈이 형성된 상부 몸체, 케이싱, 상기 케이싱 내부에 고정되는 슬리브, 상기 슬리브 외주면에 감기는 코일, 상기 슬리브 내부에 고정되는 코어, 상기 코어 저면에 승강되게 설치되는 플런저, 상기 플런저 하단에 상기 밸브 시트에 안착되는 밸브 페이스로 이루어져 상기 상부 몸체 상면에 결합되는 솔레노이드 어셈블리, 상기 상부 몸체의 요입홈에 설치되어 유로를 가열시키는 피티씨 어셈블리를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이와 같은 본 발명은 유로를 감싸도록 피티씨 어셈블리가 설치됨으로써 피티씨 어셈블리의 가열로 결빙된 유로를 신속하게 해빙시키며, 저온의 연료 이동에 따라 유로의 결빙을 차단할 수 있고, 다이어프램에 의해 외부의 먼지 등 이물질의 유입을 차단함으로써 플런저의 승강을 원활하게 할 수 있으며, 솔레노이드 어셈블리 내부로 습기 등이 유입되지 않아 솔레노이드 어셈블리의 원활한 작동을 유지할 수 있는 유용한 효과가 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A solenoid valve is provided to reduce the operating noise by absorbing an impact before the plunger and the core come in contact with each other. CONSTITUTION: A solenoid valve comprises a sleeve(S), a coil(L), a core(C), a plunger(P), and a damping unit. The sleeve is inserted in a casing(K). The coil is installed outside the sleeve and inserted to the inner top of the sleeve. The plunger is inserted to the inner bottom of the sleeve and moved up and down. The damping unit is installed between the plunger and the core and reduces the ascending speed of the plunger in order to prevent the collision between the plunger and the core.

CONSTITUTION: A solenoid valve comprises a solenoid part(10) and a valve part(20). The solenoid part comprises a core(12), a bobbin(13), a plunger assembly(15), a sleeve(16), and a return spring(17).
