Abstract: 본 발명은 광통신 시스템에 사용되는 광송수신 모듈을 실장하는 데 필요한 레이저 용접용 척에 관한 것으로 압축공기에 의해 작동되는 피스톤의 운동을 통한 쐐기효과(Wedge effect)를 이용하여 각형부품을 견고하게 파지할 수 있도록 구성된 본 발명은 레이저 용접장치에 취부할 수 있도록 취부구멍과 피용접물 등을 올려 놓을 수 있는 네스트가 외부에 설치되고, 내부에 구비된 작동부재의 피스톤을 작동시키기 위한 압축공기 공급용 공기유로가 내부로 연결 설치된 몸체와; 상기 몸체내에 구비된 실린더내를 작동하는 피스톤과 상기 피스톤에 연결되어 작동되며 일측에 경사면을 가진 쐐기와 상기 쐐기의 경사면에 의해 작동되는 롤러와 가동블럭 및 누름블럭을 구비한 작동부재와; 각형부품을 장착기준으로 세팅하도록 한 기준블럭과 파지레버와 보조블럭을 구비한 장착수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: A device is described that can correctly attach a paricle to a mask with a equal pressure. A body 14 is provided with an absorption pad 5 and piston 3 which absorb and thereby pull a mask 1, a vacuum removal valve 16 for removing a vacuum pressure by an air inflow and a compressing spring 6 for recovering the location of the absorption piston 3, so that the absorption piston 3 can fall down at a vacuum absorption. The absorption pad 5 is protruded, and the mask 1 and paricle 2 are thus seperatedly mounted at the body 14. The body 14 is provided with a vacuum tube 10 and elbow 11 for transmitting the vacuum pressure of a vacuum pump 15, and a selection valve 8 for supplying or blocking the vacuum pressure. Thereby, it is possible to improve the quality of a semiconductor product.

Abstract: Features of this system are constant transporting speed, easy installation of idle roller, automatic belt tension control, compact size and saving the manufacturing cost by reducing components of card reader system. There was card deformation and slipping phenomenon on roller used system and tension control problem in belt driven system. This system is equipped with magnetic card in/out let (8), circular drum (1) operating by motor(4), at least two idle pulley (3a,3a',... 3d,3d'), idle belt (2,2'), tension controller (12) to supply proper tension to idle belt and to carry card attached with drum and magnetic head (6) reading information of card or writing data. Magnetic card is inserted in between drum and belt and is transporting with rotating drum.
