Abstract: 본 발명은 엔진에서 배출된 배기가스의 일부를 흡기계로 환류시켜 엔진 실린더안의 연소가스 온도를 떨어뜨림으로서 질소산화물(NOx)의 생성을 억제하여 엔진성능을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하는 배기가스 재순환 통로에 설치되는 카본 퇴적 방지형 이지알 밸브에 관한 것으로서, 그 특징적인 구성은 양 단부에 오일 공급공(31)이 형성되고 중앙부에는 서로 대응되는 방향으로 가스 이동공(32)이 형성된 통 형상의 몸체(30)와, 상기 몸체(30)의 내부에 이동 가능하게 내장되고 내부에는 가스 이동공(32)과 선택적으로 통하여지도록 서로 다른 직경으로 형성된 가스 배출공(41)이 형성된 이동부재(40)와, 상기 이동부재(40)를 탄력 설치하도록 몸체(30)의 내부에 설치된 한 쌍의 스프링(50)과, 상기 가스 이동공(32)과 연결되는 가스 유로(21)가 형성되고 몸체(30)가 고정되는 베이스(20)를 포함하여서 된 것이다.

Abstract: An exhaust gas recirculation device of an engine is provided to effectively cool EGR gas recycling from an air discharge machine to an air suction machine by using cold water of a water jacket. An EGR device includes a suction port(21), an EGR passage, an EGR valve(60), and a controller(50). The suction port is provided at a cylinder head(20) so that air is sucked into an air combustion chamber(30). The suction port is provided at one side thereof with an air introducing hole(24). The ERG passage includes a block EGR passage(71) for taking EGR gas discharged from an air discharge machine and a head EGR passage(72) to guide EGR gas into the air introducing hole of the suction port. The EGR valve is provided on the EGR passage to open/close the EGR passage. The controller operates the EGR value so that the EGR passage is open/closed based on a signal of a hydraulic air sensor. The block EGR passage passes through a water jacket of a cylinder block(10). The head EGR passage is formed in the water jacket of a cylinder head(20).

Abstract: PURPOSE: An impulse charger for a vehicle engine is provided to make the driving control easy and to reduce the number of required parts. CONSTITUTION: An impulse charger for a vehicle engine includes an impulse block(10), an impulse valve(20), a driving unit, and a link unit(40). The impulse block has a suction hole bored to be connected to an inhalation runner and opens/closes the suction hole. The driving unit generates a successive driving force to drive the impulse valve. The link unit delivers the driving force from the driving unit to the impulse valve by being connected via one or more link members. The successive driving force by the driving unit is absorbed and transferred through the link unit so that the impulse valve is opened and closed according to a fixed cycle.
