PURPOSE: A detect assembly of operating power of the latter gear shift section is provided to enable two curved lines having different curvature radiuses to maintain their curved shapes, thereby keeping regular operating power even in the latter gear shift unit. CONSTITUTION: A control finger(4) is combined with a control shaft which receives operating power of a gear shift lever. The control finger accomplishes a gear shift operating tool of a manual transmission. A shift rail(2) changes each shift gear end through a shift of the control shaft during transmission. The control finger operates a lug combined with the shift rail. To keep gear shift operating power during transmission, a poppet ball is contacted with the control finger through elastic power of a spring.

A manual transmission equipped with a shift mechanism is provided to prevent a vibration and a noise by reducing the rotation of an input shaft in a reverse transmission. A manual transmission includes a shift rail(205), a shift lug, a reverse plate, and an interlock plate(215). The shift lug is mounted to slide in a shift rail. The reverse plate moves the shift lug to a first direction along the shaft rail. The interlock plate fixes the position of the shift lug. An elastic member(220) pushing out the shift lug to the opposite direction to the first direction is formed in the interlock plate.

본 발명은 변속조작장치에 설치되는 시프트 디텐트그루브에 관한 것으로, 컨트롤샤프트(20)가 관통하는 콘트롤핑거(30)의 외주면에 형성되되, 상기 컨트롤샤프트(20) 방향으로 돌출되어 변속기 하우징(10)에 고정설치된 디텐트핀(50)과 접촉하는 중심홈(110) 및 상기 중심홈(110)과 대칭으로 순차적으로 형성된 돌출부(120)와 측면홈(130)을 포함하는 굴곡면으로 이루어진 디텐트그루브(100)에 있어서, 상기 중심홈(110)에서 돌출부(120) 사이의 구간(d1)은 직선으로 형성되고, 상기 돌출부(120)의 외주면(d2)은 곡면으로 형성되며, 상기 돌출부(120)에서 상기 측면홈(130) 사이의 구간(d3)은 곡면으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하여 변속레버의 회전 시 발생하는 빠짐력과 마찰력을 동일하게 변경하여 변속감과 절도감을 향상시킴으로써 제품의 작동성 및 상품성을 증대시키� � 시프트 디텐트그루브에 관한 발명이다.

차량용 변속장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 차량용 변속장치는 제1 클러치를 통해 동력원의 회전동력이 입력되며, 복수개의 입력기어가 구성된 제1 입력축과, 중공축으로 이루어져 상기 제1 입력축의 외주 측에 회전 간섭 없이 배치되어 제2 클러치를 통해 동력원의 회전동력이 입력되며, 복수개의 입력기어가 구성된 제2 입력축으로 구성되는 입력수단; 상기 제1, 제2 입력축에 평행하게 배치되며, 상기 입력기어에 각각 외접 치합되는 변속단별 변속기어와, 각 변속단별 변속기어와 동기 연결하는 동기유닛, 및 종감속기어와 외접 치합되는 출력기어가 각각 구성된 제1, 제2 출력축으로 구성되는 변속출력수단; 상기 제2 입력축 상의 하나의 입력기어와 외접 치합되는 후진 입력기어를 포함하여 상기 제1, 제2 입력축과 평행하게 배치된 제1 후진 아이들 축과, 상기 제1 입력축 상의 하나의 입력기어와 외접 치합되는 후진 아이들기어를 포함하여 상기 제1, 제2 입력축과 평행하게 배치되며, 상기 제1 후진 아이들 축 상의 후진 출력기어와 상기 후진 아이들기어를 통하여 외접 기어 연결된 제2 후진 아이들 축으로 이루어지는 후진변속수단;을 포함하며, 해당 싱크로아니저의 동기 작동에 의해 제2 입력축으로 입력되는 동력원의 회전동력이 상기 후진변속수단을 거쳐 제1 입력축에 역회전 전달되고, 다시 상기 제1 입력축 상의 하나의 입력기어에 외접 치합된 하나의 출력축 상의 변속기어와, 상기 하나의 출력축, 및 상기 하나의 출력축 상의 출력기어에 외접 치합된 종감속기어를 통하여 역회전 감속 출력되어 후진 변속단을 구현한다.

A device for preventing the vibration of a gear for a manual transmission is provided to stop a rotational input shaft with small power by using a five-stage driving gear. A control shaft(21) performs a linear movement or rotates by a manual transmission to perform a selective operation and a gear shifting operation. A control finger(22) is installed on the control shaft. The control fingers have a protruded portion so that they are located on grooves of a forward shift lug(24) and a backward shift lug(25). A backward plate(30) is rotatably installed on the control shaft. The backward plate has a protruded portion so that it is located on the groove of the backward shift lug when the control finger is located on a groove of the forward shift lug. A spring(32) provides elastic force to rotate the backward plate to opposite a direction to the rotation of the control finger. A protrusion(22a) is protruded on the control finger so that the rotational position of the backward plate is limited.

PURPOSE: A shift guide mechanism of a manual transmission is provided to reduce the number of parts due to a simple guide structure by operating a guide wire to a removing unit and a hanging groove of a control shaft and to decide accurately a shift level by preventing clearance in the selecting direction. CONSTITUTION: A shift guide mechanism of a manual transmission is composed of a control shaft(50) moved axially in a selecting motion and rotated in a shifting motion according to operations of a shift lever and a guide unit(60) positioned across the control shaft in the transmission. The control shaft comprises a removing unit(51) and a hanging groove(53) circumferentially formed around the removing unit. The control shaft is moved axially for the selection motion without hanging to the guide unit by the removing unit and hung to the guide unit for the shifting motion by the hanging groove.

PURPOSE: A snap ring is provided to improve the assembling work of the snap ring by simply assembling the snap ring through manually pushing the snap ring. CONSTITUTION: A snap ring includes a stopper section(10), which are inserted into a slot(2) formed at an outer peripheral portion of a shaft(1) so as to prevent the shaft from being axially moved. An insertion part(20) is integrally formed with the stopper(10). The insertion part(20) is bent in such a manner that a gap is formed between the slot(2) of the shaft(1) and an end portion(4) of the shaft. The stopper section(10) has an opening(12), which is engaged with the slot(2) of the shaft(1). A protrusion(6) is formed at the end portion(4) of the shaft(1) so that the insertion part(20) is easily coupled with the shaft(1). An insertion hole(22) is formed in opposition to the end portion of the shaft(1) so as to receive the protrusion(6).

PURPOSE: A reverse speed change operation apparatus is provided to improve shift quality by forming the boundary of the N-range and R-range clear when shifting into the R-range. CONSTITUTION: A reverse speed change operation apparatus comprises a 5-R range shift lug(2) connected with a gear shifting lever side, a reverse shift lever(4), an idler gear(6) moved straight according to the operation of the reverse shift lever and geared with, and a positioning device installed to a side of the reverse shift lever. The 5-R range shift lug performs rectilinear reciprocation. The 5-R range shift lug is inserted in the reverse shift lever and the reverse shift lever is rotated in shifting into R-range. The positioning device decides the speed change position of the N-range and R-range. The positioning device is connected to a protrusion(22) protruded to a side of the reverse shift lever and supported to a transmission housing(20). The positioning device includes a coil spring(24) to produce buckling between the protrusion and transmission housing. Therefore, the exact speed change position is decided.
