    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a membrane easily from an aqueous dispersion containing a polyurethane with the use of a mold which is used usually to produce car interior finish members.
    SOLUTION: One mold is coated with an aqueous dispersion containing a polyurethane A in the form of a plane (process I), the membrane, obtained in the process I, of the aqueous dispersion containing the polyurethane A is dried (process II), as the occasion demands, the mold coated with the mono-layer membrane, which was obtained in the process II, is coated again with the aqueous dispersion containing the polyurethane A in the form of a plane to produce a multilayer membrane (process III), the membrane of the aqueous dispersion containing the polyurethane A, which was newly formed in the process III, is dried into one membrane layer (process IV), and as required, the processes III, IV are repeated 5-50 times.
