Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the fault that a crank case heater is energized in a short time after the stop of a compressor and therefore the amount of power consumption is large, in a technique of suppressing the stagnation of a refrigerant in the compressor at the stop thereof. SOLUTION: The air conditioner comprises an ambient temperature sensor 4, the crank case heater 8, a compressor oil reservoir temperature sensor 9, the compressor 10, and a heat storage material 11 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the compressor 10. The energy of heating in the operation of the compressor is stored in the heat storage material. As a result, the lowering of the temperature of a compressor oil reservoir can be reduced and the stagnation of the refrigerant can be suppressed.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner check system capable of automatically performing an operation for check, and easily facilitating countermeasures even to the change of check specifications, and improving the precision of the validity/invalidity judgment of the check. SOLUTION: This system is provided with an outdoor device 5 being a product to be checked having a communication control means and a checking device 1 for automatically operating the outdoor device 5 for check by transmitting and receiving data to/from the communication control means. This checking device 1 is provided with a personal computer 3 having an automatic operation program 12 for automatically operating the outdoor device 5 for check and an input and output device 4 so that the data of the outdoor device 5 which is being operated can be automatically inputted, and automatically judged. Thus, the outdoor device 5 can be automatically and quickly operated for check, and highly precise judgement is performed by the automatic operation program 12 for check. Also, the automatic operation program 12 for check is set at the checking device 1 so that it is possible to easily facilitate countermeasures even to the change of the check specifications.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional air conditioner such that the quantity of power consumption is large, since a clank case heater for suppressing the stay of a refrigerant in a compressor is supplied with a current in a short time after stoppage of the compressor. SOLUTION: This air conditioner is composed of clank case heater 8, a compressor oil reservoir temperature sensor 9, a compressor 10, and heat accumulating material 11 arranged at the periphery of the compressor 10. Thus, the air conditioner can suppress the drop of the compressor oil reservoir temperature and can suppress the stay of a refrigerant, by accumulating the generated energy during operation of the compressor in the heat accumulating material.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evenly agitate the whole of water for humidifying by ozone gas. SOLUTION: An ozone outlet 23 is formed in the bottom of a reverse conical water storage container 12 gradually narrowed toward a bottom part and a porous plate 24 having approximately uniform fine holes is situated in the water storage container 12 to store ozone aeration water for humidifying in a manner to be situated above the ozone outlet 23 of the water storage container 12 and in a position below the position of a water level sensor 15 being situated at the lowermost water level of the water storage container 12. This constitution evenly agitates the whole of water for humidifying by ozone gas through combination of a sterilizing function by blowing ozone gas from a lowermost part and a bubbling function by the porous plate 24, and suppresses the generation of algae in addition to sterilization of the internal part of the water storage container 12 to store water by ozone aeration water.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make operating hours of compressors being operated in rotation and reduce failure rate of a system by controlling start/stop of the compressors while modifying operating priority of the compressors each time a count value issued by an operating hour integrating timer reaches a predetermined hour. CONSTITUTION:An operating hour integrating timer 16 integrates operating hours of compressors 11a to 11c and resets an integrated operating hour, each time the integrated operating hour reaches a predetermined hour, to resume integration of operating hours. A priority deciding type compressor start/stop means 15 controls start/stop of the compressors 11a to 11c so as to operate the compressors 11a to 11c having a high operating priority in priority basis, and modifies the operating priority when the integrated operating hour reaches the predetermined hour. Accordingly, it is possible to operate the compressors 11a to 11c in rotation, make operating hours of the compressors 11a to 11c even and to reduce failure rate of a system.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make it possible to set a terminal resistor which can responds to the characteristics of a transmission line which changes the value of said terminal resistor in an equivalent manner by providing an address setting circuit, a connection signal generation means, the terminal resistor of the transmission line, a switching circuit which connects said terminal resistor with the transmission line in parallel. and a compulsory connection switch connected with the switching circuit in parallel. CONSTITUTION:All address switches 5A which are set to the address '00' of an air conditioner main body 4A are turn open while all input signals to a NOR circuit 10A are turned 'L'. An output signal to the NOR circuit 10A is 'H' where an analog switch circuit 11A is electrically continued while a terminal resistor 3A is connected with a transmission line 1 in parallel. When an address of an air conditioner main body 4B is set to others than '00', an input signal to an NOR circuit 10B is turned 'LLLLLLLH' while an output signal to the NOR circuit 10B is 'L'. As a result, the analog switch 11B is not electrically connected so that the terminal resistor 3B may not be connected with the transmission line 1. However, the terminal resistor 3B will be connected with the transmission line 1 by turning on a compulsory connection switch 12B.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable an operation of an air conditioner to be smoothly carried out by a method wherein a drain water discharging device is operated for a specified period of time with a detection signal from a liquid surface detection device, and a stop signal generating means for generating the stop signal in such a way as the detection signal is not released after the specified period of time elapses. CONSTITUTION:A controller 8 is provided with timers 10a and 10b for delaying a drain water discharging device 6 within it, wherein a logical calculation is processed in reference to a predetermined program and then a compressor 9 and the drain water discharging device 6 or the like are properly driven. If a liquid surface detector 5 is operated, the drain water discharging device 6 is turned ON, the timer 10b is set. After the timer shows an elapsed setting, the timer 10b is reset and all the outputs from the compressor 9, a fan motor 10 and an actuator of a drain water discharging device 6 are stopped in accordance with a procedure within a controller 8. With such an arrangement as above, as drain water is accumulated in a water pan 4, the drain water discharging device 6 is driven by detection of the liquid surface detector 5 and the drain water is forcedly discharged and at the same time when the detection signal of the liquid surface detector 5 is not released even after a specified period of time elapses, it is judged that the water drain device is in trouble and then a smooth operation of the air conditioner can be performed.
