Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cyclone mill for food materials. The cyclone mill for food materials according to the present invention comprises: a housing which includes a feeding inlet in which food materials are input and an outlet which discharges finely ground food materials; a pair of impellars which is installed inside the housing, and which includes a plurality of wing parts which is extended towards outside of radial from the center and formed to be distanced from each other; and a pair of actuators which respectively drives the pair of impellers. In the wing parts, vortex surfaces having concave grooves are formed. The pair of impellers are installed for the vortex surfaces formed on each impeller to face each other. By using the cyclone mill for food materials according to the present invention, food materials can be ground by collision of food materials and collision with air in a grinding process in order to prevent foreign substance from being mixed in the finely ground food materials and to be applied in dry and wet processed food materials. By using the cyclone mill for food materials, the quality of the food materials can be maintained by indirectly grinding the food materials using drive of the cyclone mill, not by direct grinding using the cyclone mill, and the food materials can be finely ground into uniform particles by forming a section in which wind velocity becomes higher than the rotation speed of the impellers using the shape of the impeller. In addition, spoilage of the food materials caused by temperature can be prevented by maintaining a low temperature state even when the cyclone mill for food materials is in operation.

본 발명은 오랫동안 사용되어와 안전하면서도 항비만 및 체지방감소 효과가 뛰어난 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 자스모닉산 또는 메틸자스모네이트로 처리되어 재배된 메밀새싹, 이의 건조물, 분쇄물 또는 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함한다. 본 발명의 조성물은 항비만 또는 체지방감소를 위한 의약품 또는 기능성 식품으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. 본 발명은 또한 자스모닉산 또는 메틸자스모네이트가 첨가된 재배수로 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 메밀새싹의 항비만 또는 체지방감소 효과를 높이는 재배 방법을 제공한다.

본 발명은 생리활성이 유지된 에멀젼 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로 좀 더 자세하게는 알리나아제, 키토산, 계면활성제 및 오일을 균질화하여 조성물을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 생리활성을 유지시키는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 마늘 추출물의 제조 방법은 추출물의 저장안정성을 유지시켜 마늘 추출물의 유효성분인 알리나아제의 생리활성을 오랜 기간 유지시킬 수 있다.

PURPOSE: Scorched rice containing dioscorea japonica, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the scorched rice to eaters as a snack. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of scorched rice containing dioscorea japonica comprises the following steps: controlling the water content of washed rice at 25~30% before dehydrating the rice, and adding 0.1~10% of dioscorea japonica into the total amount of rice to steam the rice; and swelling the steamed rice with the dioscorea japonica for 3~5minutes at 160~170deg C for obtaining the scorched rice.

본 발명은 상변화물질의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 수산물과 축산물과 달리 일정한 온도 범위에서 저온을 유지해야 하는 농산물의 저온유통에 적용할 수 있는 상변화물질의 제조방법 제공을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의해 제조한 상변화물질은 15℃ 이하의 저온 보다 바람직하게는 0∼15℃에서 보냉 온도특성을 가진 상변화물질 제조방법의 제공을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명은 유화 콜로이드와 전처리된 고분자를 반응시켜 마이크로캡슐 슬러리 형태의 상변화물질을 제조할 수 있다.
