Abstract: The invention relates to a process for producing trioxane and at least one comonomer for producing (co)polymers on a trioxane basis, in which, in a first step, formaldehyde and at least one comonomer starting material are reacted in aqueous solution to form trioxane and comonomer, wherein a reaction mixture A1 containing trioxane, comonomer, formaldehyde, water and if appropriate comonomer starting material is obtained. In a second step, the reaction mixture A1 is distilled in a first distillation stage at a first pressure, wherein a trioxane- and comonomer-enriched stream B1 and an essentially water- , formaldehyde- and if appropriate comonomer starting material-containing stream B2 are obtained. In a third step, the stream B1 is distilled in a second distillation stage at a pressure which is above the pressure of the first distillation stage, wherein a trioxane-, comonomer- and water-containing stream C1 and a product stream C2 essentially consisting of comonomer and trioxane are obtained.

Abstract: Procedimiento para la obtención de isocianatos mediante reacción de aminas con fosgeno en presencia de disolventes orgánicos inertes en un reactor, y subsiguiente elaboración de la mezcla de reacción que abandona el reactor, caracterizado porque la separación de disolventes se efectúa en un procedimiento de destilación de dos o más etapas, y separándose el disolvente en una primera instalación a una presión de 0, 1 a 15 bar, y en una segunda instalación, o instalación adicional, a 1 hasta 900 mbar, siendo el nivel de presión en la segunda instalación más reducido que en la primera instalación; situándose la temperatura de cola de la primera columna, según presión, entre 60ºC a 0, 1 bar y 270ºC a 15 bar, y la de la segunda columna, según presión, entre 75ºC a 1 mbar y 250ºC a 900 mbar, y empleándose el calor de condensación del vapor de disolvente de la primera instalación para la evaporación parcial o completa de disolvente en la segunda instalación.

Stream C 1 is fed to a third distillation column and distilled at a pressure in the range from 1 to 10 bar to obtain the recycle stream D 1 comprising trioxane, water and formaldehyde, and a stream D 2 consisting substantially of water.
