    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a film superior in prevention of depositing properties of oligomer, scraping resistance and in transparency, by a method wherein a dispersion diameter and a ratio among the dispersion diameters of thermoplastic resin within a film, a ratio of Rz/Ra of the film, the mean value in the longitudinal and lateral direction of Young's moduli, and content of an inner oligomer are made so as to fall within specific ranges. CONSTITUTION:Pellets obtained by compounding at least a kind of thermoplastic resin whose difference in cohesive energy density from that of polyester A is at least 12 with the said polyester A is fed to a melting and extruding machine, extruded into a sheetlike state through a slitlike die, cooled, solidified, an unstretched film is formed and then oriented biaxially through biaxial stretching. A dispersion diameter of the said thermoplastic resin within a film obtained in this manner is made into 10-10,000nm in a facial direction of the film and 0.1-100nm in a thicknesswise direction of the same and a ratio between them (length of a facial direction/length of a thicknesswise direction) is made so as to fall within a range of 3-1,000. A ratio Rz/Ra between surface roughness parameters Rz, Ra and the mean value of the longitudinal and lateral Young's moduli of the said film and content of an inner oligomer within the said film are made respectively into less than 13, at least 350kg/mm and at least 0.7wt.%.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:The titled composition capable of forming a film having improved transparency, evenness and electrical characteristics, comprising a polyester, a functional group-containing silicone compound and an organic lubricant. CONSTITUTION:A polyester having ethylene terephthalate as a main repeating unit is blended with (A) a functional group-containing silicon compound, preferably gamma-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxyslane or methyltrimethoxysilane and an organic lubricant, preferably a higher fatty acid (e.g. capric acid or lauric acid) or a higher alcohol (e.g. octanol or dodecanol). Methoxy group, ethoxy group, silanol group, etc., and vinyl group, epoxy group, amino group, etc., may be cited as the functional group of the component A. When the component A contains two or more functional groups, the groups are preferably selected from both the groups. 100pts.wt. polyester is blended with 0.001-5pts.wt., especially 0.005-0.5pt.wt. component A and 0.001-10pts.wt., especially 0.005-1.0pt.wt. component B.
