    Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate breaking of a weft of a radial tire reinforcing texture in the manufacture thereof, by a method wherein the weft is made of a core yarn obtained by covering a polyester multifilament having a predetermined values of crystallinity, intrinsic viscosity, density, hot-air shrinkage and tensile elongation at break, with unfusible short fiber. CONSTITUTION:The weft of the tire reinforcing texture is constituted by the core yarn which is obtained by covering the polyester multifilament of a predetermined characteristics with the unfusible short fiber such as cotton. In this instance, the predetermined characteristics of the polyester multifilament are as follows; a difference DELTAnu between the maximum and minimum of the half value width of Raman spector of 1,730cm which is scattered by radiation of laser beams to respective points in the radial direction of the transversal cross surface of the filament is less than 3cm and the difference DELTAnu is less than 3cm even within the component filament; the intrinsic viscosity eta, density rho, hot-air shrinkage DELTAsd and tensile elongation at breaks satisfy predetermined values. With this construction of the weft, the elongation value of more than 60-70% can be retained even at a temperature near 250 deg.C. Thus, the weft of this construction can follow a large deformation caused in the tire manufacture and is difficult to be broken.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible biodegradable film and a production method thereof which is free from troubles in a film forming process such as tearing or roll wrap up or the like and also free from troubles such as blocking or the like after the film formation and is excellent in transparency, heat resistance and bleedout resistance. SOLUTION: A flexible polylactic acid resin stretched film is obtained by laminating a layer A consisting of a resin component a' containing 10 to 200 pts.wt. of a plasticizer p to 100 pts.wt. of a polylactic acid resin a and a layer B consisting of a resin component b' containing 0 to 50 pts.wt. of a plasticizer p' to 100 pts.wt. of a crystalline polylactic acid resin b in the order of B/A/B.     Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin-based resin composition having ability to expand which particularly excels in heat resistance and has properties such as recycling properties and can select an expanded structure and a molding method having a high degree of freedom when inserted into a specified space or joined to another article, heated and expanded in various processings to form an expanded structure. SOLUTION: The polyolefin-based resin composition having the ability to expand is constituted of a resin composition obtained by melt kneading at least two kinds of resins of (A) a polyolefin-based resin having a melting point (Tma) of ≤100°C and (B) a polyolefin-based resin having a melting point (Tmb) of >100°C and a powdered blowing agent having an expanding initiation temperature of 100-180°C, and has the ability to expand to form an expanded structure by inserting the resin composition into a specified space or joining the resin composition and another article, and heating and expanding the resin composition in such a state and having an energy (Ea) of the crystal fusion at ≤100°C of a foam obtained by heat-processing the resin composition of 20-100 mJ/mg and, simultaneously, an energy (Eb) of the crystal fusion at ≥120°C of 10-150 mJ/mg.     Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially oriented polypropylene film for fabrication having excellent non-adhesive characteristics of contents, adhesive strength and processability. SOLUTION: The biaxially oriented polypropylene film for fabrication is composed by laminating a polyolefin resin layer (B-layer) on one side of a polypropylene based resin layer (A-layer). The A-layer has a contact angle with water of 60-120 deg., and the B-layer has a main peak of crystalline melting temperature of 150 deg.C or higher and contains an unsaturated carboxylic acid or a derivative thereof in an amount of 0.01 wt.% or more. Surface orientation coefficients of the A-layer and the B-layer of the laminated film are 0.005-0.020. The film is laminated on a metallic plate and used for an inner lining of a metallic can.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition, especially, a polyester resin composition, having good frictional properties and having improved productivity and dispersedness in spite of containing particles in a high concentration. SOLUTION: This composition is a resin composition containing a resin and 0.01-70 wt.% particles based on a metal oxide, wherein at least the surface of each particle contains 0.001-5 mol%, based on the metal atoms (A) of the metal oxide, metal atoms (B) other than atoms A. It is desirable that the resin is a polyester. It is desirable that the particles are agglomerated silica particles, and the metal atom B is an aluminum atom. In this case, it is desirable that the agglomerated silica particles have a mean primary particle diameter of 5-30 nm and a mean secondary particle diameter of 0.2-20 μm. This composition is used to form, for example, a film or a laminated film containing at least one layer of the film.
