    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for obtaining the position of a counter wheel (1) in a wheel counter mechanism, in terms of capacity. SOLUTION: The device is provided with fixing electrodes (3 and 3') at a certain distance from the counter wheel (1). A series of measurement electrodes (12, 12' and 12") are extended onto the outer periphery of the counter wheel (1) and non-conductive sections (13 and 13') are electrically arranged among the measurement electrodes. Then high or low, i.e., the binary value of zero or one is detected concerning each position of the counter wheel and each fixing electrode. The binary expression of an optionally desired number which expresses the present position of the counter wheel (1) is formed by combining the binary values through the use of the number of the fixing electrodes for each counter wheel.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the manual error signal of a signal being expressed by a test in advance, simplify configuration of facilities, and improve its quality. SOLUTION: A standardized test device for a device function 12 of a field control device 1 is used in a method and computer system for configuring a facility control system, and a display 23 of a visible device is generated at a graphic output device. Using a visible display, a user assigns the device function 12 to the facilities of an operating station 2 or a main function 6 of a function in an interactive system. Therefore, the graphic output device indicates a display 27 of facilities and/or an external appearance 28 of operation. In the preferable that the deformation of the present invention be used in high or middle-voltage switcher facilities. In this case, a description language for a device function conforming to the IEC standard 61850-6 is used. This system has advantages, where the need for assigning the test of a signal that has been a usual practice up to now is eliminated, the visible mode of programs simplifies the configuration of facilities, and the quality is improved.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expose an arc to a strong arc-extinguishing gas flow. SOLUTION: An arc chamber 5 is formed between a fixed contact tulip 1 and a sliding tulip 4. An opening and closing pin 3 movable at a connected position is placed in the arc chamber. The opening and closing pin is plugged in an exhaust outlet 9 surrounded by the sliding tulip 4, and in a spray opening 7 surrounded by the contact tulip 1. The spray opening connects the arc chamber 5 to a pressure chamber 6. The arc chamber 5 is surrounded by a circular heating chamber 13. Plural loading materials 10 for an explosive are provided in the pressure chamber 6. The loading materials are mostly converted into arc-extinguishing gas, nitrogen in particular within about 10-30 ms after ignited. In this case, the gas pressure moves the opening and closing pin 3 toward an interruption position. The gas is sprayed to an arc generated between the opening and closing pin 3 and the contact tulip 1 after the spray opening 7 and the exhaust outlet 9 are opened.

SOLUTION: A not wrapped conductor bar 2 is wrapped with a thermoplastic insulation tape, and it is inserted into a pressure-proof molding die 1. The wrapped conductor bar 2 is dried, and then it is heated to a high temperature higher than the yield point of the thermoplastic insulation tape. During the yield of the thermoplastic plastic, the conductor bar 2 is placed under pressure in the molding die 1 and the residual gas in the thermoplastic plastic dissolves at an atomic level. Then the conductor bar 2 is cooled under pressure and solidified again. According to this method, the conductor bar 2 having a constant and superior insulation property can be manufactured simply and economically.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of a gas turbine plant, by a method wherein middle and/or low calorie fuel is injected into axial and/or coaxial direction by at least one set of injecting means arranged in a whirling current generator, into which gaseous and/or liquid fuel is injected. SOLUTION: A mixing division 2 abutting on a whirling current generator 1, formed so as to have a conical configuration and loaded several times by combustion air stream flowing thereinto tangentially, is constituted of shifting pieces 23 having a plurality of shifting passages 22. An injection nozzle 4, injecting liquid fuel into the whirling current generator 1, is provided at the upper part of axial center of the same while a plurality of fuel supplying conduits 5, supplying middle calorie fuel, are provided coaxially around the injection nozzle 4. On the other hand, the fuel supplying conduits 5 penetrate the shell plates 6, 7 of the whirling current generator. In this case, the middle calorie fuel, finely distributed through a plurality of optimum injection nozzles 8, is mixed additionally into the air stream, formed in the whirling current generator 1, in the axial direction or coaxial direction.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a uniform fuel concentration and restrain the vibration of a fuel chamber by a method wherein a fuel nozzle, arranged on the axis of an eddy current generator or a burner, is surrounded by an outer coating while air, rubbing the surrounding of the fuel nozzle while passing through holes bored on the outer coating, is conducted to flow. SOLUTION: A fuel nozzle 103 is surrounded by a ring 190 with an interval. Holes 161, arranged in a circumferential direction, are provided on the ring 190. Air 160 flows into an annular chamber 180 through the holes 161 while rubbing the surrounding of a fuel nozzle. The holes 161 are directed obliquely toward the downstream direction of the flow of fuel whereby a predetermined axial component is generated in the axial line 60 of a burner. A fuel injector 170 is provided additionally under a condition that the same is connected to the holes 161 operationally. A predetermined amount of fuel is supplied by the fuel injector 170 into the air 160 whereby a fuel concentration 150, uniform across the sectional surface of the flow of fuel, is brought. According to this method, the uniform fuel concentration 150 stabilizes flame front at the outlet port of the burner whereby the pulsation of a fuel chamber can be avoided.
