Abstract: PURPOSE: A noise compensation method of a crank position sensor in a diesel engine is provided to control a fuel amount by RPMs(Revolution Per Minute) by counting a signal cycle inside a specific RPM and by-passing and compensating to former normal data when an abnormal signal is detected. CONSTITUTION: In starting a vehicle(S100), a first condition such as a status of an engine idle, an opening degree of an accelerating pedal, an RPM of an engine, a speed of the vehicle and so on is checked by receiving an operating status signal of the vehicle(S110). In satisfying the first condition, the abnormality of a cycle of a crank position sensor is checked(S120). In satisfying the second condition, a compensation control logic of the crank position sensor is performed(S130). Thereby, the disorder and the temporary stop of the engine are prevented.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An injection nozzle is provided to allow fuel to be discharged in a rapid and continuous manner through the fuel injection path formed between the needle seat and nozzle holder seat. CONSTITUTION: An injection nozzle comprises a nozzle holder(1) having a fuel supply path(3) for introduction of the fuel supplied from an injection pump; and a needle valve(2) accommodated in the nozzle holder, which overcomes the repulsive force of the spring by the pressure of fuel and sprays fuel in an atomized state. The difference between a nozzle seat angle(a) formed with the fuel supply path of the nozzle holder and a needle seat angle(b) formed with a needle seat(2a) of the needle valve ranges from 0 degree 30 minutes to 0 degree 60 minutes. The needle seat has a diameter ranging from 2.20 to 2.25mm so as to allow the needle seat to be rapidly closed by the spring pressing the needle valve when the opening pressure of 150bar is generated.
