차량의 변속기; 제1오일유로를 통해 상기 변속기에 오일을 공급하여 유압이 발생하도록 하는 오일공급장치; 오일공급계통에 이상 발생 시 제2오일유로를 통해 변속기에 오일을 공급하여 유압이 발생하도록 하는 비상오일공급장치; 정상 작동 시에는 상기 오일공급장치를 제어하고, 오일공급계통에 이상 발생 시에는 비상오일공급장치를 제어하는 제1제어부; 및 정상 작동 시에는 변속기 및 상기 제1제어부를 제어하고, 오일공급계통에 이상 발생 시에는 비상오일공급장치를 제어하는 제2제어부;를 포함하는 차량용 페일 세이프 장치가 소개된다.

PURPOSE: An electric oil pump for a hybrid vehicle is provided to pump oil with a pump rotor which is rotated by an SRM and dampen torque ripple generated from the SRM using a torsional damper. CONSTITUTION: An electric oil pump for a hybrid vehicle comprises an electric motor(5), a pump rotor(9), and a torsional damper(11). The electric motor, SRM(Switched Reluctance Motor), comprises a motor rotor(1) and a stator(3). The pump rotor is installed in an oil pump(7). The torsional damper is installed between the rotary axis of the motor rotor of the electric motor and the pump rotor. The rotary axis of the motor rotor and the rotary axis of the pump rotor are arranged on a concentric axis around the torsional damper.

CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic system for protecting a clutch in D mode stop charging for a hybrid vehicle comprises a lubrication valve assembly(100). The lubrication valve assembly comprises a first lubrication valve assembly(110) and a second lubrication valve assembly(120). The first lubrication valve assembly cools and lubricates an engine clutch by receiving oil from a lubrication regulator valve(130). PURPOSE: Oil pump controlling apparatus and method for a hybrid vehicle are provided to control an electric-powered oil pump with the optimum rotation speed. CONSTITUTION: An oil pump controlling apparatus(420) for a hybrid vehicle operates an initial electric oil pump using maximum power for forming the line pressure when the ignition is detected from the hybrid vehicle. The oil pump controlling apparatus calculates the necessary predicted viscosity in a halt mode and a driving mode corresponding to the oil temperature, and sets the driving speed of an electric-powered oil pump(400) into low power, middle power, or high power for controlling the rotation speed of the pump and varying the driving speed of the hybrid vehicle.
