An embodiment relates to a metabolic network model for analyzing metabolic characteristics of Kluyveromyces marxianus microbes for producing 3-hydroxypropionate (3HP) and to metabolic characteristic analyzation of the Kluyveromyces marxianus using the same. More specifically, the embodiment relates to construction of a metabolic network model of Kluyveromyces marxianus using gene-protein-biochemical response relationship, to analyzation of metabolic characteristic using the model such as metabolic engineering, and to a method for predicting a novel metabolic pathway which enhances productivity of 3HP using simulation based on the metabolic engineering. The method of the embodiment efficiently predicts productivity and cell growth speed of microbes, saves time and costs in order to optimize the novel path, and provides variant microorganisms which can provide specific metabolites.

PURPOSE: A composition for measuring 3,6-anhydro-L-galactose transferase activity is provided to be used in an industry. CONSTITUTION: A composition for measuring 3,6-L-AHG transferase contains NADP+ as a coenzyme, 3,6-anhydro-L-galactose(3,6-L-AHG), and buffer solution. A method for measuring the activity of 3,6-L-AHG transferase comprises: a step of reacting random enzyme extract liquid and a composition for measuring the activity of 3,6-L-AHG tranferase; a step of measuring reduction into NADPH by the reaction. A composition for quantitation of 3,6-L-AHG contains an active fraction containing 3,6-L-AHG tranferase, NADP+ as a coenzyme, and buffer solution.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing bio-fuel using brown algae is provided to effectively saccharify brown algae and use in producing industrial bio-fuel. CONSTITUTION: A bio-fuel is prepared by adding hydrolyze catalyst of Bacterium Antarctica, culture liquid of Bacterium Antarctica, supernatant of the culture liquid, or pulverized liquid of the culture liquid to brown algae through sacchificiation. The brown algae is laminaria japonica, gulfweed, ecklonia cava, rhei Rhizoma, or sargassum thunbergii. The Bacterium Antarctica contains 16S rRNA having 95% of homology with a sequence corresponding to Bacterium antarctica AL-1(deposit number KCTC 11531 BP). A base sequence of 16S rRNA has sequence number 1.

PURPOSE: A pretreatment method of a lignocellulose-based biomass is provided to obtain cellulose with high purity and hemicelluloses with the high yield, by extracting lignin first. CONSTITUTION: A pretreatment method of a lignocellulose-based biomass comprises the following steps: adding a solvent dissolving lignin to the lignocellulose-based biomass containing the lignin, hemicelluloses, and cellulose, to extract the lignin from the biomass(S1,S2); and adding an ionic solution to the biomass without the lignin, to extract the hemicelluloses and the cellulose(S3). The solvent dissolving the lignin is an alkaline solvent.
