CONSTITUTION: The automatic operator of a vent for a factory comprises the steps of installing a vent(1) to a built-in window frame(2), installing a hinge on the backside of the vent(1) to be rotated on the built-in window frame(2), installing a rotary unit(4) on the front of the built-in window frame(2) and installing an upper rotary arm(6) of a pneumatic cylinder(5), connecting a lower piston rod(7) of the pneumatic cylinder(5) to a rotary unit(4a) installed on an intermediate frame(1a) of the vent(1) rotatively, forming a supply unit(5a) and an outlet(5b) to supply and release pneumatic pressure on the upper side of the pneumatic cylinder(5) and connecting with each hose line(8a,8b), connecting hose lines(8a,8b) to a pneumatic solenoid valve(9) installed on the place within reach of hands above the ground respectively, connecting a pneumatic line(8) of an air compressor on the lower side of the pneumatic solenoid valve(9) and installing an operation lever(10) on the valve(9).

본 고안 따른 자동보 수문은, 수로 양측에 소정의 간격을 두고 축조되며 내측 대응면에 각각 직립형의 지지대(11)를 구비한 벽체(1)와 중공의 사각 판 형상으로 되어 상기 벽체(1) 사이에 경사지게 배치되며 그 상단부 양측에 힌지축(2a)을 구비하여 상기 각 지지대(1a)에 회동가능하게 결합되는 수문본체(2)와 수문본체(2)에 일단이 결합되며 타단이 상기 벽체(1)의 지지대(1a)에 결합되어 수문본체(2)를 개폐시킬 수 있도록 된 수문개폐용 실린더(3)로 구성된 자동수문에 있어서, 상기 수문본체(2)의 내측공간부 하측에 양방향 유압실린더(4)를 수문본체(2)의 길이방향으로 고정시키되 양방향 유압실린더(4)의 양측 각 로드(4a)는 수문본체(2)의 양측부를 관통하도록 하며, 그 외측 양방향 유압실린더(4)의 로드(41)가 신장되는 벽체(1)의 대응면에는 로드삽입홀(5)을 형� ��시켜, 로드의 신장시 로드삽입홀에 로드가 결합되어 수문본체의 개폐를 단속할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 한다.-
