PURPOSE: A method for preventing plant disease using Bacillus velezensis G341 strain is provided to ensure strong antagonistic function. CONSTITUTION: A Bacillus velezensis G341 strain(KCTC 11497BP) has antagonistic function. A microorganism formulation for preventing plant diseases contains Bacillus velezensis G341 strain, spore, culture medium of the strain, or extract of the culture medium as an active ingredient. The plant diseases are sheath blight, pyricularia grisea, tomato gray mold, tomato late blight, tomato bacterial wilt, or tomato Fusarium wilt. The culture medium or extract thereof contains Bacillomycin L. fengycin A or subtilisin active substance.

PURPOSE: A novel Pseudomonas geniculata MH102 strain is provided to effectively prevent plant diseases. CONSTITUTION: A Pseudomonas geniculata MH102(KCTC 11489BP) prevents plant diseases. A composition for preventing plant disease contains Pseudomonas geniculata or culture medium as an active ingredient. The plant diseases are caused by Alternaria panax, Botrytis cinerea, Colletotrichum coccodes, capsici or Rhizoctonia solani.

PURPOSE: A composition for preventing plant diseases containing Psoralea corylifolia extract or compound isolated from the same are provided to use for environmentally-friendly fungicide. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing plant diseases contains Psoralea corylifolia extract as an active ingredient. The plant diseases include sheath blight, tomato gray mold, tomato late blight, mill red rust or Colletotrichum gloeosporioides. A composition for preventing plant diseases contains a compound of chemical formula 1 or 2 isolated from Psoralea corylifolia extract as an active ingredient. The Psoralea corylifolia extract is isolated from Psoralea corylifolia fruits using low alcohol of 1-7 carbon atoms, solution thereof, hexane, acetone, chloroform, ethyl acetate, methylene chloride or mixture thereof.

CONSTITUTION: A polyoxypregnane glycosides compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. A composition for preventing plant disease contains compound of chemical formula 1 or mixture thereof as an active ingredient. The active ingredient is Cynanchum wilfordii extract. The Cynanchum wilfordii extract is isolated using low alcohol of 1-7 carbon atoms, solution thereof, hexane, acetone, ethylacetate, methylene chloride, or mixture thereof.

A 1,4-dithiane-2,5-diol compound is provided to show excellent sterilizing activities on various plant pathogenic bacteria and induce defense reaction of plant cells, thereby being used as an environment-friendly sterilizing agent of various plant diseases. A composition for controlling plant diseases such as anthracnose, leaf blast, epidemic and rust comprises a 1,4-dithiane-2,5-diol compound represented by a formula(1) as an effective ingredient. An antimicrobial agent regarding a microorganism is selected from a group consisting of Colletotrichum sp., Magnaporthe sp., Phytophthora sp., Alternaria sp., Rhizoctonia sp., Acidovorax sp., Agrobacterium sp., and Pectobacterium sp. comprise the 1,4-dithiane-2,5-diol compound. A plant is treated with the composition for controlling plant diseases in order to control the plant diseases.

CONSTITUTION: The fungicidal preparation is characterized by containing a fungicidal preparation selected from methyl (2E)-3-methoxy-2-(2'-(((3''-(1'''-fluor-2'''-phenyl-1'''-ethenyloxy)phenyl)methylimino)oxy)methylphenyl)propionate represented by the formula(1) and N-methyl (2E)-2-methoxyimino-2-(2'-(((3''-(1'''-fluor-2'''-phenyl-1'''-ethenyloxy)phenyl)methylimino)oxy)methylphenyl)acetamide represented by the formula(2); and the composition for increasing fungicidal activity in a weight ratio of 1:0.5 to 1:20.

PURPOSE: A process for preparing a methoxy acrylate derivative containing sulfur having a new structure by bonding a 4-quinolinone group or a benzothiopyrane-4-one group to a methoxy acrylate group through sulfur is provided. Whereby, the product has an excellent antibacterial activity against various plant pathogenic bacteria and is useful as a microbial agent. CONSTITUTION: The titled compound of formula(1) is prepared by the reaction of a compound of formula(2) with a compound of formula(3) at -20 to 50deg.C in the presence of an inorganic or organic base. In formulae, R1, R2, R3 and R4 are each independently H, halogen, C1-3 alkyl, C1-3 alkoxy, nitro or C1-3 haloalkyl, R5 is H, halogen, C1-3 alkyl or -C(=O)-R6, R6 is C1-6 alkyl, X is S or NH, Y is CH or N, Z is halogen, toluene sulfonate(OTs) or methane sulfonate(-OMs).
