PURPOSE: A polymer for optical films is provided to have excellent negative birefringence, heat resistance, and moisture resistance, thereby improving the negative birefringence, heat resistance, and moisture resistance of an optical film. CONSTITUTION: A polymer for optical films comprises a repeating unit A including a repeating unit represented by chemical formula 1; and a repeating unit B including a repeating unit represented by chemical formula 2. The weight average molecular weight of the polymer for optical films includes a step of mixing a monomer represented by chemical formula 1-1 and a monomer represented by chemical formula 2-1; a step of adding a peroxide-based initiator into the mixture; and a step of conducting a polymerization.

PURPOSE: A semiconductor device including a vertical channel transistor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a channel region from being floated by connecting channel regions of active pillars to a string body connection unit. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of active pillars(AP) include a top dopant region, a bottom dopant region, and a channel region(C). The channel region is arranged between the top dopant region and the bottom dopant region. A contact gate electrode(CG) is contacted with a word line extended in a first direction and is extended near the channel region. A bit line is extended in a second direction across the first direction and is contacted with the bottom dopant region. A string body connection unit(SB) connects the channel regions of adjacent active pillars.

PURPOSE: A distributed transmission power control method in a wireless network and apparatus thereof are provided to maximize minimum values of transmission rates in each transmission apparatuses by controlling the transmission power of the transmission apparatuses. CONSTITUTION: A processor(1010) calculates metrics related to the transmission rates of a target transmission apparatus based on weighted values and the transmission rates of the target transmission apparatus based on information related to channels between the transmission apparatus and a target reception apparatus. A transmission unit(1020) transmits the metrics related to the transmission rates of the target transmission apparatus to neighbor transmission apparatuses or a reception apparatus. The processor determines the transmission power of the target transmission apparatus in a next transmission period based on the transmission rates for a next transmission period of the target transmission apparatus.

PURPOSE: An uplink multiuser interference alignment system and a method thereof are provided to eliminate the effect of interference which macro terminals transmits to pico base station. CONSTITUTION: A channel matrix generator(810) generates a channel matrix. A beam forming vector generator(820) generates transmission beam forming vectors for a pico terminal(800) and for a macro terminal(860,870). A transmitting unit(830) transmits the transmission beam forming vectors to the pico terminal and the macro terminal, respectively. A receiving unit(840) receives a first data stream and a second data stream from the pico terminal and the macro terminal, respectively.

PURPOSE: A method for offering an advertisement to a terminal which is connected to a femto base station is provided to establish a broadcast channel section in order to recognize a femto cell within a macro cell of a downlink broadcast channel. CONSTITUTION: A terminal recognizes one or more accessible femto base station among femto base station within a broadcast channel section in order to recognize a femto cell of a macro cell. The macro base station receives the request for the neighboring femto base station information and the location information of the terminal(320). The base station creates the information of the neighboring femto base stations based on the location information of the terminal(330). The base station transmits the information about femto base stations and the femto base station list around the terminal(340).

PURPOSE: A system for transmitting data in a multi cell is provided to reduce the influence of interference due to a time delay in case a plurality of base stations receives data from a terminal and to transmit a data frame including multi cell transmission data to each base station. CONSTITUTION: A transmission data generating unit(820) generates multi cell transmission data by a data group that includes a plurality of data bits. A cyclic prefix unit(830) generates a cyclic prefix signal within the data group. A frame generating unit(840) generates an uplink frame through TDM(Time Division Multiplexing) of the cyclic prefix signal. CONSTITUTION: A transmission unit(110) transmits data to a serving BS(Base Station)(130) and a cooperative BS(140) adjacent to the service BS, and a reception unit(120) receives from the server BS the information on the data reception success of a serving BS. A reception unit(120) receives the information on the data reception success from the serving BS. The reception unit receives from the cooperative BS the information on the data reception success of the cooperative BS. Based on the data reception success, the transmission unit retransmits the data to the serving BS and the cooperative BS.

PURPOSE: A clustering method and a communication device for coordinated multipoint transmissions using CoMP(Coordinated Multi-Point transmission) are provided to determine whether a neighboring base station performs CoMP with a serving base station. CONSTITUTION: A serving base station receives expected channel quality information from a neighboring base station. The serving base station checks whether it satisfies a condition that stipulates the increase of a transmission rate is calculated by the terminal while performing CoMP based on the expected channel quality information. The serving base station determines whether the CoMP is performed according to the check result from the serving base station.

CONSTITUTION: A plurality of memory layers(120) are formed on a substrate(110). A plurality of Y decoder layers(141,142,143) are interposed between a plurality of first basic laminate structures(10). An X decoder layer(131) electrically transmits and receives a signal to and from the memory layers of memory groups. First and second front connection lines are arranged on the front of the X decoder layer and the memory layers. First and second rear connection lines are arranged on the rear of the memory layers and the X decoder layer.
