PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing fermentation extract of natural product is provided to ensure anti-oxidation through suppression of DPPH(1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl hydrazyl) and wrinkle improvement through procollagen promotion and collagenase expression suppression. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains fermentation extract of salted red bean, mung bean, or black bean as an active ingredient. The cosmetic composition contains fermentation extract in which deep sea water is added. The composition is used for anti-oxidation and anti-aging. A method for producing the fermentation extract of salted natural product comprises: a step of adding salt or deep sea water to red bean, mung bean or black bean, and fermenting to obtain fermentation of natural product; and a step of extracting the fermentation of salted natural product with water or organic solvent.

Rho GDI-α 단백질 또는 그 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자를 이용하여 멜라닌 생성을 억제하는 조성물과 Rho GDI-α 단백질을 이용하여 멜라닌 생성을 억제하는 물질을 스크리닝하는 방법이 개시된다. 또한, Rho GDI-α의 발현을 저해하는 siRNA 유전자를 이용하여 멜라닌 생성을 촉진하는 조성물과 siRNA 유전자를 이용하여 멜라닌 생성을 촉진하는 물질을 스크리닝하는 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명을 이용하면 멜라닌 생성을 효과적으로 촉진 또는 억제할 수 있으며 멜라닌 생성을 촉진 또는 억제하는 물질을 효과적으로 스크리닝할 수 있다. A screening method of pigmentation regulatory agents by using zebrafish(Danio rerio) is provided to screen a large quantity of materials capable of increasing or inhibiting melanin formation as pigmentation regulatory agents easily and rapidly by determining various biological parameters from zebrafish. A screening method of pigmentation regulatory agents by using zebrafish comprises the steps of: administering a candidate pigmentation regulatory agent into an embryo of zebrafish; and detecting the reactions of zebrafish including expression amount of melanin formation, and in vivo activity, expression amount or transition amount of proteins associated with melanin formation, wherein the screening method optionally comprises a detecting step of toxicity of the candidate material by measuring morphological change or heartbeat number.

A skin external composition for skin-whitening containing manassantin B is provided to inhibit mobility of melanin by inhibiting binding of melanophilin as a carrier of melanosome in a melanocyte with myosin 5a, thereby forming melanosome aggregation and whitening the skin. A skin external composition for skin-whitening contains 0.001-10% of manassantin B which is extracted from Saururus chinensis Baill by extracting Saururus chinensis Baill with water or organic solvent selected from ethanol, methanol, butanol, ether, ethylacetate, chloroform and methylene chloride, filtering the extract, concentrating the filtered solution under reduced pressure, extracting the concentrate with methylene chloride and concentrating the extract under reduced pressure, and is formulated as solution, suspension, emulsion, paste, gel, cream, lotion, powder, soap, surfactant-containing cleansing, oil, powder foundation, emulsion foundation, wax foundation or spray.

Provided are a hydroxybenzoic acid amide compound which suppresses the generation of melanin, its preparation method, and a whitening cosmetic composition containing the compound. The hydroxybenzoic acid amide compound is represented by the formula 1, wherein R1 and R2 are H or OH. The method comprises the steps of dissolving hydroxybenzoic acid in a solvent, adding a catalyst and a base drop by drop, and reacting it with acetic anhydride to prepare an acetylated compound represented by the formula II; dissolving the acetylated compound of the formula II in a solvent and adding a base, ethyl chloroformate and adamantamine to prepare an amide compound represented by the formula III; and reacting the amine compound of the formula III with a base to hydrolyze it (See the reaction scheme 1), wherein R3 and R4 is H or an acetoxy group.

본발명은녹차다당체의제조방법에관한것으로, 보다상세하게는 a) 용매를이용하여녹차분말에서엽록소및 저분자량의폴리페놀을제거하는단계; b) 상기 a)단계의녹차잔사로부터수용성활성성분을열수추출하는단계; 및 c) 상기 b)단계의열수추출물로부터한외여과및 에탄올침전반응으로녹차다당체를분리하는단계를포함하는것을특징으로하는녹차다당체의제조방법에관한것이다. 본발명에따라제조한녹차다당체를함유하는화장료조성물은우수한피부미백, 보습및 주름개선효과를나타낸다.

본 발명은 기미 형성 예지방법 및 기미 형성 예지용 진단 키트에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 기미 조직과 정상피부 조직 간에 다르게 발현되는 유전자들의 발현량을 확인하여 피부의 기미 형성 가능성을 진단하기 위하여, 상기 유전자 서열의 폴리뉴클레오티드와 혼성화하는 프로브로서 하나 이상의 폴리뉴클레오티드 또는 그의 상보적 폴리뉴클레오티드; 상기 유전자 서열의 폴리뉴클레오티드의 프라이머 쌍; 또는 상기 유전자에 의하여 코딩되는 아미노산 서열을 가변영역으로 가지는 하나 이상의 모노클로날 항체를 포함하는 기미 형성 예지방법 및 진단 키트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 기미 병변 부위에서 특이적으로 고발현되는 23종의 유전자 및 5종의 저발현 유전자를 기미 마커 유전자로 하여 피부에서의 기미 형성 가능성을 민감하고 빠르게 진단할 수 있다.
