Abstract:
A method of manufacturing wild grape juice by mixing concentrates of wild grape(Vitis amurensis Rupr.) as main ingredient and sub-ingredient containing cinnamon extract, sugars, citric acid and sodium benzoate is provided. The juice has functionality and sensory properties of wild grape. The juice is prepared by mixing 15 to 25% by weight of wild grape extract with 30 to 70Brix as a main ingredient, a sub-ingredient and purified water. The sub-ingredient contains 0.1 to 0.5% by weight of cinnamon extract, 0.1 to 0.3% by weight of jujube extract, 5 to 20% by weight of one or more sugars selected from fructose containing liquid fructose, glucose, sugar and oligosaccharide, 5 to 15% by weight of corn syrup, 0.01 to 0.1% by weight of citric acid and 0.01 to 0.05% by weight of sodium benzoate.
Abstract:
A composition for controlling plant viruses is provided to prevent plant virus infection and show no toxicity and excellent effect on various plant viruses due to be derived from natural materials, thereby being usefully used as an agent for controlling the plant viruses. A composition for controlling plant viruses comprises 10-90 wt.% of an extract of Phellinus Linteus hypha, 10-90 wt.% of Diospyros kaki fruit, 10-90 wt.% of an extract of Quercus acutissima fruit, and 10-90 wt.% of an extract of Dryopteris crassirhizoma rhizome, wherein each of the extract is prepared by using a polar solvent such as water, C1-4 lower alcohol and a mixture solvent thereof. The composition is formulated into a liquid phase agent, a granular agent or a powdery agent.

본 발명은 머루 분말차 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서 보다 상세하게는 종래 분말차에 있어서, 머루를 착즙하여 얻은 머루 착즙액을 농축시킨 머루 농축액을 덱스트린 용액과 혼합한 후 이 혼합용액을 분무건조하여 얻은 머루과즙 분말을 주성분으로 하는 머루 분말차 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 머루를 이용한 가공제품의 종류가 단순한 문제를 해결하기 위해 머루를 이용한 가공제품에 대해 연구한바, 머루를 분말차에 첨가하여 머루의 기능성과 관능성을 함유하는 머루 분말차 제공을 목적으로 한다. 또한 본 발명은 분말차의 제조에 있어서, 머루를 첨가하는 단계가 포함되는 머루 분말차의 제조방법 제공을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명의 머루가 함유된 머루 분말차는 머루가 지닌 기능성과 관능성을 함유하고 있어 본원의 머루 분말차에 의해 소비자들은 머루를 쉽게 섭취할 수 있고, 머루의 소비처를 확대할 수 있어 머루재배농가와 머루가공업체의 소득증대에 기여할 수 있다.

An extract of Sicyos angulatus L. is provided to have excellent herbicidal activity, thereby being used as a herbicidal composition. The method for separating a herbicidal plant extract from Sicyos angulatus L. comprises the steps of: (a) extracting Sicyos angulatus L. with an organic solvent such as methanol, ethanol, propanol, butanol, and pentanol and then drying it; (b) dissolving the product obtained from the step(a) in dichloromethane to obtain a dichloromethane fraction; (c) subjecting the dichloromethane fraction to column chromatography using a mixture solution of hexane, dichloromethane, ethylacetate and methanol, wherein the volumetric ratio thereof is 4:1:6:0.5, to obtain a DA fraction having the herbicidal activity; (d) subjecting the DA fraction to column chromatography using a mixture solution of ethylacetate, dichloromethane, hexane and methanol, wherein the volumetric ratio thereof is 4:1:3:0.5, to obtain a DAB fraction having the herbicidal activity; and (e) subjecting the DAB fraction to column chromatography using a mixture solution of ethylacetate, hexane and methanol, wherein the volumetric ratio thereof is 9:1:0.1 to obtain a DABB fraction having the herbicidal activity.

An herbicidal substance, elemicin, purified from Asarum sieboldii Miq. and a preparation method thereof are provided to serve a novel herbicide having different chemical structure compared with conventional herbicides, so that it will be a lead compound for development of new herbicides. The method for preparing the elemicin having herbicidal effects purified from Asarum sieboldii Miq. comprises the steps of: (a) extracting Asarum sieboldii Miq. with methanol and drying the extract; (b) dissolving the methanol extract of Asarum sieboldii Miq. in hexane to prepare a hexane fraction; (c) subjecting the hexane fraction to column chromatography using hexane-ethylacetate-methanol solution(5:1:0.1 v/v/v) to obtain HB fraction; (d) subjecting the HB fraction to column chromatography using hexane-ethylacetate-methanol solution(9:1:0.5 v/v/v) to obtain HBB fraction; (e) subjecting the HBB fraction to column chromatography using hexane-ethylacetate solution(5:5 v/v) to obtain HBBA fraction; and (f) subjecting the HBBA fraction to affinity column chromatography using methanol-acetonitrile solution(9:1 v/v) to obtain HBBAA fraction.

CONSTITUTION: The drink composition containing extracts and essential oil of Thymus quinquecostatus is characterized by comprising as a main ingredient, 0.01-0.5 wt.% of essential oil of Thymus quinquecostatus, referred to 0.5-20 wt.% of total drink composition. It further contains 1-10 wt.% of fructose, 0.1-5 wt.% of refined white sugar, 0.01-1.0 wt.% of citric acid, 0.01-1 wt.% of concentrated fruit juice, 0.1-5 wt.% of sodium benzoate, and 57-98.8 wt.% of purified water, as side ingredients.

A method of manufacturing wild grape powdered tea by mixing wild grape juice powder as main ingredient and sub-ingredient containing vitamins, sugars, citric acid and sodium benzoate is provided. The tea has functionality and sensory properties of wild grape. The wild grape powdered tea contains 40 to 70% by weight of wild grape juice powder as a main ingredient and a sub-ingredient. The wild grape juice powder is obtained by mixing concentrates of wild grape(Vitis amurensis Rupr.) and dextrin in a ratio of 1:5 to 5:1(V/V) and then spray drying. The sub-ingredient contains: 28 to 60% by weight of one or more sugars selected from oligosaccharide, glucose, sugar and fructose containing liquid fructose; vitamins selected from vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, nicotinic acid, pantothenic acid, biotin and folic acid; and one or more additives selected from citric acid and sodium benzoate.
