PURPOSE: A composition containing a Quercus dentata gall extract is provided to prevent and treat viral infection in a plant with safety. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing viruses in a plant contains 0.5-99.9% of a Quercus dentata gall extract. A method for preparing the extract comprises: a step of adding an organic solvent to Quercus dentata gall, stirring at 35-45 deg.C. and 50-300 rpm for 12-48 hours or extracting by sonicatioin at 20-100 kHz; and a step of filtering and drying. The solvent is selected from methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, butanol, ethylene, acetone, hexane, ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, dichloromethane, N,N-methylformaide(DMF), dimethylsulfoxide(DMSO), 1,3-butylene glycol, and propylene glycol. An antifungal agent comprising Tagetes patula or Lentinus edodes is provided to inhibiting the germination of plant powdery mildew spore effectively, thereby being effective for controlling the plant powdery mildew. The antifungal agent for plant powdery mildew comprises 10-90 wt.% of at least one selected from the group consisting of Tagetes patula such as hot water extract of Tagetes patula, a solvent extract of Tagetes patula or Tagetes patula powder, and Lentinus edodes such as hot water extract of Lentinus edodes, a solvent extract of Lentinus edodes or Lentinus edodes powder.

PURPOSE: A heat storage material for vinyl greenhouse is provided to facilitate cultivation of crops without installing artificial heating apparatus in a vinyl greenhouse. CONSTITUTION: A heat storage material for vinyl greenhouse comprises soil and peat. The heat storage material does not comprise salt but comprises coal briquette ashes powder and/or styrofoam powder. More specifically, the heat storage material comprises 70-90 volume% of soil, 10-20 volume% of peat, 0-10 volume% of coal briquette ashes powder and 0-10 volume% of styrofoam powder. The sum of the soil, peat, coal briquette ashes powder and styrofoam doesn't excess 100 volume%. At least one side wall of a green vinyl house consists of a heat storage wall(11) formed of the heat storage material.

A composition for controlling plant viruses is provided to prevent plant virus infection and show no toxicity and excellent effect on various plant viruses due to be derived from natural materials, thereby being usefully used as an agent for controlling the plant viruses. A composition for controlling plant viruses comprises 10-90 wt.% of an extract of Phellinus Linteus hypha, 10-90 wt.% of Diospyros kaki fruit, 10-90 wt.% of an extract of Quercus acutissima fruit, and 10-90 wt.% of an extract of Dryopteris crassirhizoma rhizome, wherein each of the extract is prepared by using a polar solvent such as water, C1-4 lower alcohol and a mixture solvent thereof. The composition is formulated into a liquid phase agent, a granular agent or a powdery agent.
