PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring a voltage for detecting a disconnection of a battery voltage measuring line is provided to simply detect a line disconnection without a control logic or an additional circuit by adding a bus bar and a bus bar voltage measuring circuit. CONSTITUTION: A bus bar(140) for connecting a module connects cell modules. A voltage measuring circuit(120a,120b) measures a cell voltage about a plurality of unit cells. The voltage measuring circuit measures a voltage about the bus bar for connecting the module.

PURPOSE: The cooling system of the vehicle high voltage battery. The motor locking malfunction is diagnosed by using the general DC motor. While reducing the cost, the stable cooling motion can be secured. CONSTITUTION: The cooling system of the vehicle high voltage battery. The battery controller(410) and cooling module(420) are included. The battery controller comprises the CPU(411) outputting the speed command chopping. The cooling module comprises the general DC motor(422) and motor driving transistor(424).

PURPOSE: A battery voltage sensing device for a hybrid vehicle is provided to maintain contact force which is stronger than contact force of a spring due to increasing contact area from point contact to line contact. CONSTITUTION: A battery voltage sensing device for a hybrid vehicle comprises a cell lead tab(15) which is attached to a side of a cell module(14) and a receptacle(16) whose top end is inserted into a cell lead tab in order to measure the voltage of a battery. The top end of the receptacle is formed in a widening structure so that the both sides of the receptacle easliy contacts with the cell lead tab.

PURPOSE: A duct structure for an integration package module of a hybrid vehicle is provided to reduce a weight and cost of the vehicle by minimizing a length of an inflow duct by forming an L-shaped cooling flow path. CONSTITUTION: A duct structure for an integration package module(2) of a hybrid vehicle comprises a first inlet and a second inlet. The first inlet is formed in an upper side adjacent to the integration package module of a package tray(1a). Cold air flows into the first inlet. The second inlet is formed in a front lower part rear surface of a rear package tray. The cold air flows into the second inlet. The second inlet is connected to one end of an inlet duct(3). The other end of the inlet duct is connected to a case(2a) of the integration package module.

Disclosed are a device and a method for balancing a battery voltage. The device for balancing a battery voltage comprises: multiple first capacitors which are respectively connected, in parallel, to multiple batteries that are connected in series; a discharging unit which is connected to the first capacitors through a switching apparatus and is selectively connected, in parallel, to each of the first capacitors; a measuring unit including a second capacitor which is connected to the discharging unit in parallel, and a voltage measuring circuit which is connected to the second capacitor in parallel; and a control unit to control the switching apparatus at the same time opening a connection switch so that the second capacitor can be selectively connected to the first capacitors, measure a voltage of the second capacitor through the voltage measuring circuit, and control the switching apparatus at the same time of closing the connection switch and separating the voltage measuring circuit in a voltage imbalance so that the battery having a relatively high voltage can be connected to consumption resistance to balance the voltage.
