본 발명은 신균주 바실러스속 (Bacillus sp.) DS11(KCTC 0231BP)과 이로부터 생산되는 신규 파이타아제(Phytase)에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 신균주 바실러스속(Bacillus sp.)DS11과 단위가축에 급여하는 곡류내 인(P)의 체내이용성을 높여주는 신규한 파이타아제 효소에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
A composition for improving memory is provided to prevent and treat various diseases caused by severe decline of recognition ability associated with both cholinergic and non-cholinergic nerve system without side effects to human body. A composition for improving memory comprises extracts of the mixture containing 10-30 wt.% of Polygala tenuifolia Willdenow, 10-30 wt.% of Acorus gramineus, 5-10 wt.% of Panax ginseng, 5-20 wt.% of Angelica gigas, 10-30 wt.% of Ginkgo biloba leaf, 10-30 wt.% of Schisandra chinensis and 10-30 wt.% of Cnidium officinale as effective ingredients, and further comprises vitamins, minerals and blood circulation-improving agents including gamma linoleic acid, EPA(eicosapentaenoic acid) and tocopherol as subsidiary ingredients, wherein the mixture extracts are prepared by extracting the mixture with alcohol or hot water.

PURPOSE: A single-stepped immunocomplex detection reagent is provided which has high reproducibility and increased stability. It is used for the primary screening to detect agricultural chemicals. CONSTITUTION: A single-stepped immunocomplex detection reagent comprises an immune antibody for a compound represented by the formula(1) and a fluorescent tracer antigen. In the formula(1), R1 is the alkyl group, an ethyl group (-CH2CH3) or an isopropyl group (-CH(CH3)2); R2 is the alkyl group, an ethyl group (-CH2CH3), an isopropyl group (-CH(CH3)2) or a cyanoisopropyl group (-C(CN)-(CH3)2); and R3 is chloride or methyl sulfide (-SCH3). The immune antibody is selected from the group consisting of antibodies for atrazine, simazine, cyanazine, and ametryn. The fluorescent tracer antigen is prepared by labeling R2 and/or R3 of the compound of the formula(1) with a fluorescent material.

본 발명은 신규한 플라즈미드를 이용하여 형질전환시킨 균주 대장균( E. coli ) JM83/pKP2와 이로부터 생산된 피타제(Phytase)에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 단위 가축에 급여하는 곡류내 인(P)의 체내이용성을 높여주는 신규한 피타제의 대량생산을 위해 유전자서열을 규명하고, 이를 이용하여 유전자조작에 의해 신규한 재조합벡터 pKP1 또는 pKP2를 제조하며, 또한 이 신규한 재조합벡터 pKP1 또는 pKP2를 이용하여 대장균에 형질전환시킨 균주 E. coli JM83/pKP2에 관한 것이다.

The preparation method for the novel Bacillus sp. cell line NS-70 (KCTC 8555P) and the novel protease by using the bacillus sp. NS-70 includes the steps of: adding bacillus sp. cell line NS-70 (KCTC 8555P) to a culture containing polypeptone, yeast extract, beef extract, glycerol, KH2PO4, K2HPO4, MgSO4,7H2O and NaCl at pH 6 to 8 and fermenting the culture placed at 55 degrees centigrade for 6 hours in a culture containing phytonpeptone, K2HPO4, KH2HPO4, MgSO4,7H2O and NaCl at 50 degrees centigrade for 8-10 hours.
