Abstract: 에탄올 발효시 회수된 균체를 아황산염 공급원으로 처리함으로써 효모 성장과 에탄올 수율을 감소시키는 오염균을 제어할 수 있다. 아황산염 공급원은 이에 대한 효모 및 오염균의 내장 차이에 기초하여 적어도 100pm의 염 농도로 호기적 조건하에 사용되며, 과산화수소를 일정 농도 이하로 가함으로써 오염균 제어 효과를 더욱 개선시킬 수도 있다.

Abstract: A detection method of E. coli in water samples using PCR is provided, thereby detecting infection of E. coli in drinking water at an early stage using a small amount of DNA of E. coli present in a sample, so that a seed culturing process can be eliminated. The detection method of E. coli in water samples comprises performing PCR using a primer for a flagellum forming gene hdfR, wherein the primer comprises a primer set consisting of a sense primer LysR-p1 having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:1, AATCTAGTTGCTGTGCCAGT, and an antisense primer LysR-p2 having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:2, TTGCTGGGATATTTCACTTT.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided are a gene coding lipase of Acinetobacter species SY-01 with stereoselective substrate specificity and a protein expressed therefrom. CONSTITUTION: A gene is characterized by coding amino acid sequence of lipase of Acinetobacter species SY-01, represented by the SEQ ID NO:2. A transformed Bacillus subtilis 168/pSYLipSM(1) (KCTC 10267BP) is obtained by transformation with a recombinant vector plasmid pSYLipSM(1) containing the gene coding the lipase of Acinetobacter species SY-01. The lipase of Acinetobacter species SY-01 is manufactured by the steps of culturing the transformed bacillus subtilis, and isolating and purifying expressed lipase of Acinetobacter species SY-01 from the cultured cell.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is an effective resolution method of chiral compounds containing hydroxy group or ester group, by using lipase produced by Burkholderia Cocovenenans SY-01I(KFCC 11111). CONSTITUTION: Chiral compounds(formula 1, 2, 3 4 and 5) containing hydroxy group or ester group are resolved by hydrolyzing and trans-esterifying using the solid lipase prepared by dialysis or lyophilizing, wherein the hydrolysis is carried out at 5-35deg.C with by phosphate buffer solution of pH7.09; and the trans-esterification is conducted at 0-55 deg.C with organic solvent and an acylating agent. The organic solvent is selected from n-hexane, ethylacetate, benzene, toluene, THF, diethylether, acetonitrile, dichloroethane, dichloromethane, 1,4-dioxane, methanol, DMSO, DMF and hexane/ethylacetate(9/1 -5/5) and the above acylating agent is chosen from vinylacetate, isopropenylacetate, anhydrous acetic acid, anhydrous propionic acid and anhydrous butyric acid.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a microorganism strain producing thermophile lipase. The above strain is obtained from the soil samples near the industrial complex, identified as a novel lipase producing strain different from known Burkholderia cepacia and named as SY-02(Burkholderia cepacia SY-02). It shows thermo-stability and high enzyme activity at the higher temperature than the melting point of fat and is thus widely useful as a lipase producing strain in the field of industry. CONSTITUTION: The strain Burkholderia cepacis SY-02(KFCC-111210) produces thermophilic lipase which is secreted into the exterior of a cell of Burkholderia cepacia SY-02, and shows activity at 40-80 deg.C, preferably 70 deg.C.

Abstract: 본 발명은 병원성 및 비병원성 대장균에 공통으로 존재하는 편모형성유전자 hdfR에 대한 프라이머를 신규 제작하고, 이 프라이머를 이용한 중합효소연쇄반응(PCR) 기법으로 식수에서 대장균의 오염 여부를 조기에 확인할 수 있는 대장균 검출 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 대장균 검출 방법으로 인하여 시료에 소량의 대장균이 존재하여도 증균 배양 단계를 거치지 않고 단지 소량의 DNA만을 가지고도 신속하고 정확하게 바로 대장균을 검출할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A lateral surface filtering type biofilter is provided in which polluted air is introduced into in a direction of lateral surface of the biofilter to maximize an inflow cross-sectional area of the polluted air, and a purification method of polluted air using an electric biofilter is provided. CONSTITUTION: The lateral surface filtering type biofilter comprises a cylindrical housing part(3) equipped with upper and lower surfaces at the center of which a vent(1) is positioned, wherein an inlet(2) is formed on the lateral surface of the housing part; and a filter part(7) formed in a doughnut type cylinder shape which is positioned inside the housing part, in which a filter filling material is filled in a space between a concentric circle shaped net type outer wall(4) and a net type inner wall(5), and a cavity of the center of which is connected to the vent(1) of the housing part, wherein the lateral surface filtering type biofilter further comprises an injection pipe(6) which is positioned at the upper part of the housing part(3) to supply moisture and nutritive elements to the filter filling material, and a flow meter(8) which is attached to the vent of the housing part to measure the amount of air treated, the filter filling material comprises activated carbon capable of adsorbing polluted air outstandingly, compost used as a culture medium of microorganisms, sawdust and microorganism source, and the microorganism source is a supernatant of a culture fluid which is prepared by cultivating activated sludge obtained from a sewage disposal plant or a supernatant of castings of an earthworm. The method for purifying polluted air using the lateral surface filtering type biofilter comprises the steps of flowing the polluted air into the inlet(2) of the lateral surface filtering type biofilter, and exhausting the purified air through the vent.
