Abstract:
PURPOSE: An external force reaction type rigidity generation apparatus using magnetism modified materiality and haptic providing apparatus using the same are provided to embody multi-mode resistance by controlling the resistance through a magnetic filed application means. CONSTITUTION: A housing unit includes a connecting hole, is constituted to an opened tunnel shape, and accepts MFR(Magneto-Rheological Fluid)(40). A connection plate(10) receives external force by including in the upper side of the housing unit. A piston(30) performs a reciprocating motion by connecting to the connection board. A yoke(50) is arranged in the bottom side of the piston and includes a yoke rod member which is combined with a combination hole. A magnetic filed application means(60) provides a magnetic filed to the MFR by being installed at the bottom of the yoke. An elasticity providing means(70) provides an elastic force to the connection board based on the strength of external force.

본 발명은 탄성력제공수단이 탄성복원력을 보유하는 초기상태에서 상기 탄성복원력을 이용하여 응답속도가 빠른 진동을 발생할 수 있음과 동시에 작은 전력을 인가하여도 상기 탄성복원력과 함께 동작되므로, 응답속도가 빠른 진동을 발생할 수 있도록 하는 탄성반력을 이용한 진동발생모듈에 관한 것이다. 이를 위한 본 발명의 탄성반력을 이용한 진동발생모듈은, 자성체의 상면에 부착 또는 근접하여 설치되고, 외부에서 전기에너지를 공급받을시 자기장을 형성하는 자장형성유닛; 상하방향으로의 탄성력을 제공하도록 상기 자장형성유닛의 상부에 이격되어 고정설치된 탄성력제공수단; 상기 탄성력제공수단에 연결되되, 상기 자장형성유닛에 전기에너지 미공급시 자체자력에 의해 상기 자성체에 근접되도록 하강함에 따라 상기 탄성력제공수단이 탄성복원력을 보유하는 초기상태가 되고, 상기 자장형성유닛에 전기에너지 공급시 상기 자체자력과 상기 자장형성유닛의 자기장 사이에 발생한 척력 및 상기 탄성력제공수단의 탄성복원력에 의해 상기 자성체로부터 이격되도록 상승함에 따라 후기상태가 되는 영구자석;을 포함하여 구성된다. 탄성, 반력, 진동, 발생, 자장, 영구자석

PURPOSE: A vibration generating unit, a mixed type actuator using an electromagnetic force generating unit, a vacuum haptic providing device, and a display device and a control method using the same are provided to install a double vibration generating source by an electromagnetic force generating unit and a vibration generating unit, thereby increasing a vibration force. CONSTITUTION: A vibration generating unit(10) generates vibration according to strength of applied power. A lower plate(20) is placed in a lower part of the vibration generating unit and has elasticity. An electromagnetic force generating unit(30) is placed between the vibration generating unit and the lower plate and vibrates the lower plate through a magnetic force generated by electromagnetic induction. A fixing unit(40) fixes one end of the vibration generating unit and one end of the lower plate. The vibration generating unit includes an elastic upper plate and a piezoelectric member.

PURPOSE: A rigidity realizing device, a haptic device using the same, a micro moving body and a control method are provided to convert an external force action direction to the direction conversion unit, thereby being applied to a small and narrow space. CONSTITUTION: A housing(10) accepts MRF inside and includes a through-hole. A movable member(20) is included inside the housing and moves back and forth in one straight direction in a space which the MRF is accepted. One end of a connecting member(30) is inserted to the through-hole and is connected to a movable member. Another end of the connecting member is projected to the external side of the housing. A direction conversion unit(40) is included in another end of the connecting member and converts an external force action direction. A magnetic field application unit(50) is included inside the housing and applies the magnetic field to the MRF.

PURPOSE: A haptic feedback providing module using the inertial force is provided to transfer the inertial force by the oscillation of an actuator to a panel thereby generating the haptic feedback. CONSTITUTION: A haptic feedback providing module includes a connection bar(100) and an actuator(200). One end of the connection bar is connected to the panel. The actuator is installed in the other end of the connection bar. The actuator repeats the proximity state to the panel or the separated state from the panel. The actuator transfers the inertial force by the repetition of proximity state and separated state to the panel.
