Abstract:
본 발명은 IL-27을 유효성분으로 포함하는 면역거부질환의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로 본 발명의 IL-27 단백질은 세포 또는 조직 이식 후 면역 거부 반응과 관련된 질환을 보이는 동물에게 투여하였을 때, 이식된 세포 또는 조직이 생착된 후 숙주에 대한 거부반응을 억제시킴으로써 면역거부질환을 완화시키는 효과를 갖는다. 따라서 상기와 같은 효과를 갖는 IL-27 단백질 및 IL-27 단백질을 암호화하는 핵산을 유효성분으로 포함하는 본 발명의 조성물은 면역 거부 반응 관련 질환의 예방 또는 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있는 특징이 있다.

PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing EGCG(epigallocatechin gallate) is provided to suppress differentiation of cytotoxic Th17 cells and to prevent or treat Sjogren syndrome, Behcet syndrome, or lupus. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing or treating Sjogren syndrome, Behcet syndrome, or lupus contains EGCG(epigallocatechin gallate) compound or salt thereof as an active ingredient. The EGCG suppresses or reduces differentiation of undifferentiated T cells into Th17 cells. A method for activating regulatory T cells comprises a step of treating the EGCG compounds or salt thereof to the T cells(Treg) in vitro. A functional food for treating or preventing Sjogren syndrome, Behcet syndrome, or lupus contains the EGCG compound or salt thereof as an active ingredient. A composition for suppressing immunity contains the EGCG compounds or salt thereof as an active ingredient.

PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing Vitis vinifera for preventing or treating osteoarthritis is provided. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating osteoarthritis contains Vitis vinifera extract and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. Osteoarthritis is caused by aging, obesity or trauma. The Vitis vinifera extract contains 80-130 of procyanidolic value(PCV), 30% or less (+) catechin and (-) epicatechin, and 95-105% of proanthocyanidine. A method for producing Vitis vinifera extract comprises: a step of extracting Vitis vinifera and mixture of acetone and water at room temperature and filtering; a step of distilling remaining liquid and removing acetone; a step of saturating sodium chloride and filtering; a step of extracting with ethyl acetate and concentrating; and a step of adding chloroform and precipitating.

A method for preparing extracts from seeds of Vitis Vinifera is provided to reduce the quantity of acetone consumed for extraction by using a mixed solvent of water and acetone while securing a high yield. A method for preparing extracts from seeds of Vitis Vinifera comprises the following steps of: extracting an extract from a mixture of pulverized seeds of the Vitis Vinifera and a acetone/water mixed solvent in a mixing ratio of 1 to 1-2 at a room temperature and filtering the extract; removing the acetone by distilling the obtained extract and saturating the extract with sodium chloride; extracting the saturated extract by ethylacetate and concentrating the extract; and adding chloroform to the concentrated extract to obtain precipitate.

본 발명은 레바미피드를 유효성분으로 포함하는 암 또는 면역질환의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로 본 발명은 레바미피드 화합물 또는 그의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염을 유효성분으로 포함하는 암 또는 면역질환의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 레바미피드 화합물은 염증성 사이토카인을 생성 및 분비하는 세포 독성 Th17 세포의 분화를 억제하는 효과가 우수하고, 비정상적으로 활성화된 면역세포의 기능을 억제하고 염증 반응을 제어하는 특성을 갖는 면역조절 T 세포(Treg)의 활성을 증진시키는 효과가 우수하므로 각종 암 질환 또는 면역반응의 조절 이상으로 유발되는 자가면역질환, 염증성질환 및 이식거부질환과 같은 면역질환을 예방 또는 치료할 수 있는 약학적 조성물 또는 면역 억제제로 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.

CONSTITUTION: A method for reducing the activation of Th17 cells comprises the step of promoting the expression or activation of ROR alpha by transducing a recombinant expression vector containing ROR alpha genes into Th17 cells. ROR alpha gene has a sequence of sequence number 11 or 12. The recombinant expression vector contains a promoter or an enhancer which promotes the expression or activation of ROR alpha. A composition for preventing and treating Th17 cell activation-related diseases contains an agent for promoting the expression or activation of ROR alpha; or Th17 cells in which the agent is transduced, as an active ingredient.
