PURPOSE: A functional beverage composition having an appetite suppression function is provided to enable users to drink the beverage for a long time without side effects. CONSTITUTION: A functional beverage composition having an appetite suppression function is a component having the inhibiting activity of ghrelin promoting the appetite of a user. The composition contains less than 15 parts by weight of compounds selected from 3-hydroxyflavone, rutin, naringin, or hesperidin. The functional beverage composition additionally contains natural carbohydrate, additives, and a sweetener. The additives are selected from vitamins, minerals, a coloring agent, pectic acid or its salt, alginic acid or its salt, organic acid, a protective colloid thickening agent, a pH-adjusting agent, or other ingredients.

A recombinant fusion protein is provided to simply fix all kinds of antibodies and give proper orientation to fixed antibody. A recombinant fusion protein is encoded by sequence number 10 or 11. A polynucleotide has a sequence of sequence number 10 or 11. A biosensor comprises the recombinant fusion protein and gold-containing solid phase. The gold-containing solid phase is selected from a gold colloidal particle, nano-gold particle, and substrate containing gold-coating particle. A method of immuno detection of target material comprises: a step of combining an antibody with the recombinant fusion protein of the biosensor; and a step of treating the antibody-specific antigen to detect the specific binding of antigen-antobody.

PURPOSE: A sandwich immunoassay biochip and an immunoassay using the same are provided to accurately and quickly detect pathogens. CONSTITUTION: A sandwich immunoassay biochip contains: a first protein which binds to Fc domain conjugated to a functional group of a surface-modified solid-support; a capture antibody conjugated to the first protein; a second protein which binds to Fc site of an antibody conjugated to a functional group of surface-modified polystyrene beads; and a detection antibody conjugated to the second protein. The functional groups of the solid-support and polystyrene beads are an amine group and a carboxyl group, respectively. The solid-support is a glass, polysterene, or metal. A sandwich immunoassay using the biochip comprises: a step of contacting a sample containing an antigen to the biochip; a step of specifically binding the antibody to the capture antibody; a step of binding the detection antibody to an epitope which is not conjugated with the capture antibody; and a step of detecting specific antigen-antibody binding.

PURPOSE: An appetite suppressing food component composition containing a specific compound as an active ingredient is provided to prevent the appearance of side effects after eating for a long time. CONSTITUTION: An appetite suppressing food component composition contains more than one compound selected from the group consisting of ascorbic acid, beta-D-glucan, hesperetin, melatonin, ginsenoside-Rb1, and ginsenoside-Rg1. An effect obtained from the appetite suppressing food component is a ghrelin activity suppressing effect. The composition is capable of suppressing the activity of ghrelin at the temperature of 60-100 deg C and in the pH of 2-10.

본 발명은 표면 플라즈몬 공명 기술을 이용한 센서칩용 나노금속 콜로이드 기판에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에서는 금속층이 형성된 지지체 상에 매개층을 활용하여 나노 사이즈의 금 콜로이드를 흡착시킴으로서 SPR 감도를 크게 증가시킬 수 있으며, 그에 따라 소량의 시료를 사용하여도 고감도로 물질 분석이 가능한 표면 플라즈몬 공명 기술을 이용한 센서칩용 나노금속 콜로이드 기판의 제조방법과 이를 포함하는 센서칩을 제공한다.
