본 발명은 영상 합성 기법에 관한 것으로, 모션 캡쳐 장비와 촬영 카메라를 동기화한 후에, 모션 캡쳐를 위해 부착된 마커의 3차원 모션 캡쳐 데이터를 획득하고, 촬영 카메라를 통해 녹화된 비디오 영상에서 마커의 2차원 위치 데이터를 획득하며, 3차원 모션 캡쳐 데이터 및 2차원 위치 데이터를 이용하여 촬영 카메라의 외부 인자 및 내부 인자를 추적한 후에, 추적된 외부 인자 및 내부 인자를 이용하여 촬영 카메라의 모든 인자를 보정하고, 실사 촬영 영상과 애니메이션 영상을 효과적으로 합성할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A live video compositing system using a camera tracking method is provided to continue the disconnected trace of a dynamically moving object using a sub image. CONSTITUTION: A main camera(110) takes a photograph of a main picture used in a synthesis. A sub camera(120) attached to the main camera takes a photograph of a sub picture. A tracking unit(150) estimates the movement of the sub camera by tracing the feature point trajectory of the sub picture. A motion converting unit(160) converts the movement of the sub camera into the movement of a main camera considering the location of the sub camera and the main camera. A structuring unit(170) restores the feature point trajectory to a 3D space by tracing the feature point trajectory of the main picture. An optimization unit(180) optimizes the movement of the converted main camera by regulating variables of the sub camera movement, the main camera movement, and the 3D coordinates of the feature point trajectory of the sub image.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for compensating an image between a motion capture camera and a video camera are provided to accurately compensate the video camera by synthesizing a high resource video and 3D motion capture data based on 2D data of a motion marker in the high resource video. CONSTITUTION: A detection unit(200) detects a motion marker from a motion capture camera and a video camera. A 3D(Dimensional) location compensation unit(202) compensates 3D location data of the motion marker photographing the motion capture camera and stores 3D camera calibration data. A 2D location tracking unit(204) traces 2D location data of the marker which the video camera takes a photograph. A compensation unit converts 3D location of the motion marker into the coordinate of the video camera.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for dynamic compression are provided to improve a compression rate by compressing an interested object region and the rest regions at different compression rates by separating and extracting an inputted image according to the user interest object region. CONSTITUTION: An interface unit(110) designates an interest object area on an image, and a matting unit(120) designates the interest object area designated through the interface as view. The matting unit designates a region except the interest object region as a background. According to a matting result, a compression applying unit(130) compresses an appointed area at different compression rates.

A real-time camera tracking and realistic image synthesis system and a method thereof are provided to synthesize a road guide and peripheral information with a realistic image in real time in a car navigator, and to output the synthesized image, thereby ensuring real-time effect and accuracy. A feature point prediction and selection unit(19) selects only feature points rom which a 3D position is restored, among feature points for an image. A camera movement prediction unit(13) predicts camera movement information by using the selected feature points. A matching unit(21) compares the current location of a camera with a background geometry model of a peripheral space, and matches the compared information. A synthesizer(25) synthesizes the predicted camera movement information with a realistic image of the peripheral information, and outputs the synthesized image.

PURPOSE: A security system with a certificate revocation function is provided to form a certificate revocation mechanism without an additional calculation process by using an elliptic curve cryptogram. CONSTITUTION: A secret key is calculated by selecting the first integer from a predetermined range and the secret key is set up as a user secret key(1,2). The second integer is obtained by using the secret key(3). The secret keys formed by the first and the second integers are transmitted to a security mediation portion and a user(4). The user discloses a public key(5). A cryptogram including the first and the second cryptograms is generated by using random numbers and the public key. The first cryptogram is transmitted to the security mediation portion to verify a user certificate. The security mediation portion verifies the first cryptogram. The first cryptogram is decoded if the security mediation portion verifies the first cryptogram.

Disclosed are a device and a method for providing a viewpoint image. The apparatus for providing the viewpoint image includes a panoramic image generation unit for generating a panoramic image using a cube map including a margin area by acquiring an omnidirectional image; a mesh information generation unit for generating three-dimensional mesh information which uses the panoramic image as a texture by acquiring three-dimensional data; and a user data rendering unit for rendering the panoramic image and the mesh information into user data according to a position and a direction inputted from a user.
