    Abstract: PURPOSE: A driving unit for an active control suspension device is provided to reduce the load of a driving motor through transferring the driving power of an actuator to the bush of an assist link by a wheel lever by lever principle. CONSTITUTION: A driving unit(1) for an active control suspension device comprises a mounting housing(10), a driving motor(20), and a worm wheel lever member(30). The mounting housing is installed in the both side of a subframe respectively. The front both sides of a mounting housing comprises hinge mounting holes. The driving motor is installed by the bracket(21) of the mounting surface of the mounting housing. The rotation shaft of the driving motor is formed into a worm gear(25). The worm wheel lever member is formed through coupling of a control lever unit connected to a bush and a worm wheel gear unit(33) meshed with the worm wheel gear.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A driving apparatus for an active control suspension system is provided to induce the soft operation of the active control suspension system by varying the location of a car body break point of an assist link. CONSTITUTION: A driving apparatus(1) for an active control suspension system includes a member bracket(11), a slide bracket(13), an actuator(15), a slider(17), and a connection link(19). The member bracket is fixed to left and right lower sides of a sub frame(3), and includes guide grooves(21) on left and right sides in an arched shape. The guide grooves are for guiding a bush(7) of an assist link(5). The slide bracket is fixed to left and right upper sides of the sub frame, and includes slide grooves(25) on left and right sides in a slot shape. The actuator is installed on the rear side of the slide bracket, and rotates a screw shaft(27) located on the center of the slide bracket. The slider is coupled to the screw shaft inside the slide bracket. The connection link connects both ends of the slider to the bush of the assist link for transferring driving force of the actuator to the bush.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An active geometry control suspension system is provided to variably control a mounting point of a lower arm on a sub-frame for providing a negative camber to an outer rear wheel during a turn, thereby increasing wheel grip force on road and thus improving steering performance of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An active geometry control suspension system comprises a slide bracket(1), a fixing frame (3), a driving motor(5), a rotary plate(7), a rotary lever(9), and a fixing bracket(11). The slide bracket is connected to an end of a lower arm(13) of a vehicle body by a hinge and includes a guide rail(19) formed in upper and lower direction in the center of an inner surface; a fixing grooves(G1, G2) formed in the upper and the lower portion of the inside; and a first hinge pin(HP1) installed on one side. The fixing frame includes a rail groove(21) on an exterior surface for guiding the guide rail to slide in upper and lower direction. The driving motor includes a rotary shaft(5a) installed passing through the fixing frame in an axial direction. The rotary plate is arranged on both sides of the fixing frame to be installed on the rotation axis of the driving motor and includes a rotary pin(RP) in one side. The rotary lever is fixed to the other side of the fixing plate by a second hinge pin(HP2) and includes a first and a second rotary pin which are installed at a first and a second slot(SL1, SL2) of the middle portion and the front end portion, in order to be respectively connected to the rotary plate and the slide bracket. The fixing brackets are arranged in the both sides of the fixing frame to correspond to each other, which are inserted in the slide bracket through the upper and the lower fixing ends(E1, E2).
