Abstract: An apparatus and a method for detecting an abnormality of a tool in a numerically controlled machine are provided to prevent noise components from being mixed with a load current value by moving average filtering the load current value with a preset number of samples. An apparatus for detecting an error of a tool in a numerically controlled machine, includes an open computer numerical control unit(30) and a programmable machine control unit(40). The open computer numerical control unit performs cutting process by controlling a drive unit(10) in accordance with a command inputted by a user and a program, and outputs data including current, power, absolute position of an axis, and speed error which are fed back from the drive unit. The programmable machine control unit memorizes an axis to be monitored, absolute position of the axis, and a region to be judged as an overload with respect to the detected current, takes the load current of the axis to be monitored at the absolute position from the open computer numerical control unit as an input, moving average filters the load current, judges an overload on the basis of the absolute position of the axis and the region to be judged as an overload, and outputs the result of the judgment.

Abstract: Disclosed is a device and method to integrally control a vehicle with a continuously variable transmission which cooperates and controls a vehicle to enter a fuel cut-off control by requesting to enter the fuel cut-off control to a transmission manage system (TMS) and an engine manage system when a lock-up control condition lasts for a predetermined period without entering the fuel cut-off control.
