CONSTITUTION: A suspension device of a vehicle comprises a wheel carrier(2), lower and upper control arms(6,4), a camber control unit(20), a bell crank(22), and an actuator(24). The wheel carrier supports a wheel to be rotated. The lower and upper control arms are arranged in the width direction of a vehicle and connect the top and bottom of the wheel carrier to a vehicle body. The camber control unit is arranged in the vehicle body connection part of the upper control arm and comprises a horizontal part(26) and a vertical part. The bell crank is connected to vehicle body side connection parts(12,14) of the upper control arm by hinges. The actuator is connected to the vertical part of the bell crank.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An active geometry control suspension system is provided to use forward/backward force delivered from one actuator through a push bar for rotating a control lever, thereby increasing the degree of freedom in designing with the reduced number of required components and reducing manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: An active geometry control suspension system comprises an assist link(5) on either side, a control lever(7), an actuator(9), and a push bar(11). One end of the assist link on either side is mounted and connected to one side of a knuckle(3) by a ball joint(BJ). The control lever includes: a central side connected to each right and left side of a sub-frame(1) by a hinge(H1); and one end connected to the other end of the assist link by a bush(B) so as to form a mounting point(P) of the assist link on a vehicle body. The actuator is installed on one side of the center of the sub-frame, and drives a power transformer on either side by a motor for moving forward and backward on a straight line. The push bar including one end connected to the other end of the control lever and the other end connected to the power trance delivers the forward/backward force to the control lever.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A driving device for an active control suspension system is provided to solve design problems depending on the application of a motor using air pressure as a driving source for vertically driving a slider. CONSTITUTION: A driving device(50) for an active control suspension system comprises a housing(51), a slide guider(53), a slide plate(55), a rotating lever(57), and an actuator(59). The housing is installed in a sub frame of a side of a vehicle body. A hinge unit is formed at both sides of an outer end of the housing. The slide guider forms a slide groove unit(53a) and is installed on both side surfaces of the housing. The slide guider is arranged to be guided along the slide groove unit. The slide plate is connected to a bush of an assist link(11) located on the inside of the housing. The rotating lever is installed in between both sides of a bush of the assist link and both sides of the slide plate. The actuator is vertically installed inside the housing. The actuator operates the rotating lever with a hinge by moving a pin block connected to a fork of the rotating lever by air pressure.
