    Abstract: PURPOSE: A sand mixing apparatus is provided which is capable of controlling mixing ratio of pearl sand regenerated sand and improving crushing and mixing states at the same time by twice mixing pearl sand and regenerated sand whose discharge quantities are adjusted from hoppers for dividingly storing the pearl sand and regenerated sand. CONSTITUTION: In a sand mixing apparatus for mixing pearl sand with regenerated sand, the sand mixing apparatus comprises a pearl sand hopper(1) for storing pearl sand; a regenerated sand hopper(3) for storing regenerated sand; discharge quantity control means(5) mounted on lower parts of the pearl sand hopper and regenerated sand hopper to control discharge quantities of the pearl sand and regenerated sand according to rotation of rotary valves; a collection means(20) for collecting the pearl sand and regenerated sand by transferring pearl sand and regenerated sand to a central part of the collection means through two collecting screw conveyors(15,17) connected to a lower part of the respective discharge quantity control means of the pearl sand hopper and regenerated sand hopper to rotate the pearl sand and regenerated sand discharged from the pearl sand hopper and regenerated sand hopper; and an agitation means(30) for discharging the agitated pearl sand and regenerated sand to the outside after agitating the pearl sand and regenerated sand through agitation screw conveyor connected to a lower part of the collection means through connection pipe to rotate the pearl sand and regenerated sand supplied from the collection means, wherein the discharge quantity control means comprise a plurality of rotary valves and driving motors(13), wherein the collection means comprises collection pipe(19), collection motor(23), first collection screw conveyor and second collection screw conveyor, and wherein the agitation means comprises agitation pipe(33), agitation motor(37) and agitation screw conveyor(31).
